what's the point in making a time call only to be waiting longer than an hour? and on top of things they're making greedy " extra " charges and trying to add more money then there needs to be on the rides. i pay 8 dollars from my house to work and yesterday from my work to industrial blvd the lady cab drivet who was working added a dollar extra charge and on top of it i paid 10 dollars for her to get nasty with me and demand 11 because the meter had a uneccesary dollar extra charge on top of the normal charge. I can see why people rarely get cabs when there's certain cab drivers being greedy. read more

Be careful y'all, one of the cars or drivers are absolutely disgusting. I saw what looked like a bed bug crawling on the back of the driver's seat on my way home. I let the driver know, they gave me a very audible huff and told me to just get out after paying for the ride. Thank God I live in a home with a secluded backyard. Drivers are safe and friendly. But always 15 to 30 minutes late. Very limited hours and can not reserve a car ahead of time.

If I could leave no stars I would. I called for a taxi an hour ago the lady said it'll be 20 minutes and now it's been well over an hour called and said never mind about the taxi been waiting for too long and with a baby. She decided she was gonna said we'll welcome to the club with such a disgusting attitude and hung up. Literally left me stranded in downtown Cumberland at 9P in freezing cold weather. I called and asked for a taxi to take me to Frostburg and in the background I hear a woman say "Where does she need to go? No. I am NOT going all the way out there." Doesn't bother to answer their phones for over an hour of continuous calling. Drivers are rude but not as rude as the dispatcher.

the cabs be dirty af and not the frienliest drivers. If possible call an Uber or Lyft even though it is more expensive, it will be worth it.

We recently were stranded in Frostburg after a blown tire. After being left to fend for ourselves by both local and state police, this taxi service came through and saved the day. They moved our entire family, dog, and belongings (took 2 trips which they did without question) to an air bnb within an hour. Our driver, Teddy was extremely pleasant and helped us laugh through our string of bad luck that day. THANK YOU!!! read more

Requested a ride from a business to home @ 1, then from home to the business @4. Both Taxi's showed up on time and the drivers were very pleasant. I also left my prescription sunglasses in the first Taxi and to my surprise when I called the office the nice lady (Debbie?) told me she had them. That made my day! The taxis are so dirty inside, when you call for them to pick you up they take forever. The people driving are usually nice, but they will take forever to get to your destination. Call a different taxi company instead. read more

Taxi driver almost hit me on my way home, I call up and the lady has the nerve to get an attitude with me for being even remotely frustrated. She hangs up then proceeds to call me back and say I shouldn't walk in front of the taxi as if right of way isn't a thing. Then tells me how I'm not even worth her time then hangs up again. This is a great business. The dispatcher was very nice and professional. The driver was also the owner. He was punctual and knowledgeable. The cab was clean and well maintained. We had a great conversation during the trip. I had to call this taxi service as yellow cab was called and never showed up. I do not recommend any other cab service in this area. Shady! Got charged per person in cab. Uber can't get here soon enough. $44 for a 20 minute ride home from work.

The operator that took my reservation was polite and prompt. The taxi arrives at my requested pick up on time and waited until my business was finished at my pick up location before starting the meter. The driver knew exactly where he was going and was quite friendly. The downside - the taxi seats need to be cleaned or even dare I say replaced. read more

My car broke down and I called in the afternoon for a ride to Grantsville. Dispatch said no problem call later in the evening when ready. I turned down a ride from a friend because Queen City Taxi said they would take me. I called in the evening and they said they only had 3 cabs running and couldn't take me.
