Thanks, Customer Service" I am now one month since ordering and it still lists no tracking information on their website. No one there ever answers the phone. I'm not sure what's changed with this formerly reputable company. I've even asked why there's been such a delay in shipping and if I can simply come pick them up. No response. At this point, I assume that the candles are not ever coming. I don't believe anyone is actively working there at all. I've never had such a strange interaction (or lack thereof) with a company in my life. If anyone actually receives their order, I've love to hear about it.

Once you pick your scents you have an easy setup for mixing and pouring your candle. I liked the fact that the overall process wasn't too messy. The best part is that they offer a BYOB service! You can create your atmosphere. The karaoke stage and sound system is a great way to kill time while waiting for your wax to harden. My overall experience was a 10/10. The staff must've made a full change-up since 2015/'16 per these previous reviews, as I had no negative interactions with any of the employees while browsing or checking out. D'lani (forgive me if I just completely butchered the spelling) was super sweet and attentive while I was shopping. Unfortunately though, not one associate mentioned that it would be "buy 3, get 3 free" the very next day on body care items, so I ended up just taking advantage of the "buy 3, get 1 free" body care deal and 5 for $8 hand sanitizers (pocket size) - with the regular priced pocket sanitizers being $2 each. I also grabbed two hand soaps for regular price just because they were favorite scents of mine. Everything went smoothly with browsing and checking out. I would come back to this location. None of the salespeople were overly aggressive, unlike some locations, which was nice. Everyone was masked up and distancing, so no concerns there.
