Service could improve. I ordered online (probably my 3rd online order) at 6:58 in the morning. I always get an email and a notification. The usual it may take up to four hours to fulfill an order. Well by 6 that evening I was wondering if they had forgotten to send my notification so I visited the store. When I get there I ask about my order and the young lady tells me it's still not ready and to give them another day. I was not happy. And by this time irate, so I ask for a manager. The manager comes back moments later and I ask why hasn't my order been fulfilled and she apologizes and says they simply don't have the manpower. Or in her words "I can't get people to come in to work". I respond with "well can I fill my own order?" She responds "sure" and hands me a basket. WTH. I expected no ma'am I will get it done for you not be handed a basket. Now I'm not sure if all Bath & Body would have done the same. I'm really thinking over this and may be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Took over an hour to get through a line of 5 people. When it was my turn finally. The cashier walked away and left. I almost cussed out the staff because the entire time I'm trying to pick things out you have an employees Retard child harmonizing every fucking syllable they ever heard. Used to love going to this location but recently customer service has began to go down. There was one employee at the register with a long line and an off clock employee at the register on her phone and 3 other employees at the front of the store just talking. Check your order. They will charge you and not notify you or corporate that an item is missing from your order. Shady! All they did was write what was missing on the bag but they NEVER emailed me. When I called customer service they told me that the store never informed them that I'd be missing that item! Check your order, I say again! read more

I sometimes forget about this store being tucked away. I look over in the plaza behind chilis and there it was, BABW reminding me that I needed to stock up on a few favorites. Since seasons have changed and all summery scents are on sale. My usual store that is always well stocked is MOG, but for me I don't have all day so I'm glad this store is still here/open. :-) I love the fragrant air soon as you walk in. Today the scent of pumpkin filled my nostrils..... nice for a fall scent. read more

One of my favorite locations because the staff is also friendly and helpful from the hello at the door to check out. Never an issue when I need to apply coupons as well. This store is usually stocked with plenty so you don't have to wonder if your favorite scent will be available. I'm usually shopping for candles, hand soaps, and whatever I can find on clearance. The semi annual sale is great because this location usually has several great deals to rack up on. Great for gifts,etc. My new fav is the smaller soy/essential oil candles..trying out the Bliss right now and it smells heavenly! This place does not even deserve one star. So crowded, no employees anywhere on floor to help even on a busy Saturday. Went to check out and they informed me it's one line they call who's next between the 4 registers. Had about 4 people cut us and just go to the register. Not worth being in a dirty store, that's overcrowded, with no customer service and to top it off stand in line for over 10 minutes. Was my favorite location. Until a manager Dana won't honor a coupon price adjustment even after her employee told me to bring the coupon back that is valid. Tried to get the info for the district manager and she wouldn't even tell me there name. I've never heard a problem at this location until they got new management. read more

While I love Bath & Body Works and I generally love this location - because I don't have to go to the mall - today I was disappointed. Not because of anyone - they are always very helpful and nice. I went there today specifically for my Pink body lotion - only to find out that they have recently opened a Pink store at The Mall of Georgia and no longer carry my lotion in the Bath & Body Works stores now. So - now I MUST go to the mall if I want my lotion....I hate that! read more

I think one of the main middle-age to older ladies who works here has anger problems and the fragrances are not usually nice. This place is never poppin'. And cheap scents for the most part. Nothing to make you want to come back, not to mention my favorite scents from past years have all been discontinued including one that just came out 1-2 years ago. ??? read more
