Great little nail salon in Americus. The owner and staff are friendly and pay great attention to detail. My nails always look good when I come here, and Queen Nails & Spa is less expensive, but still just as high quality as the salon I frequent in Atlanta. I typically get SNS nails, and they've never looked bad - the staff has even been willing to mix colors for me to get the right look to match the polish on my toes!!! TIP: The salon is usually crowded - I've never seen it not crowded, so call ahead for a reservation so that you don't have a long wait for your service. read more

I went to get me a pedicure, and my niece a full set and a pedicure. As soon as I got home and my husband looked at my feet he asked me, "I thought you were getting your feet done?" I was like I did, I looked at my feet they looked worse than they did when I went in the nail salon. I was heading out of town on vacation and couldn't go back that same day to complain so I called, the owner/Manager Sally told me to just stop in once I got back in town. So I did that and they would not honor what they told me previously. This is the worst experience I've had in there and I always go there. And to add insult to injury my nail polish even started chipping after a week. read more

My nails look good, but they overcharged. They are not following their posted pricing, and did not inform us of any price changes.

FIRST they over charge EVERYTHING $35 for an acrylic coffin set & my polish is coming off after 5 days this is VERY unacceptable

Terrible experience! I told the nail tech the service that I wanted at least 5 time and was then charged for the more expensive service when I went to check out. Multiple customers backed that they had heard my request as well. They should honor their price system. I know other people who have had similar experiences. read more

Very bad experience my first time there. I went for a full set the lady at first wasnt even going to clip my real nails or file them to decent sizes.. And the overall outcome of my full set is trash. It hasnt even been a week and my nails are lifting, the nails are very thin. Doesnt look anything like I told him to do..WILL NEVER RETURN.. but you get what you pay for.. read more
