Wife manicure and pedicure looked great when complete but she also had to have her toe nails retouched since they tried to rush her out before they were fully cured. While I was waiting I inquired as to the delay and what had happened is they tried to work someone in before my wifes appointment so it pushed everything back. I live 45 minutes away from this spa so it was very aggravating to have to wait after you called to ensure I would be on time.

We were there for over 2 hours. The technician was very unprofessional and careless. At one point, she grabbed my hands and placed them between my legs while working, getting both my hands and my pants wet. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The quality of the nails was just as bad. My nails were only half painted and looked like they were already three weeks grown out the same day they were done. The technician seemed to be trying to do multiple things at once instead of focusing on her work, and it showed in the final result. Overall, the service was rushed, messy, and disappointing. It came back basil cell carcinoma. Then I was scheduled for a surgeon to come in a do Moh's surgery. This Dr. stated since this place was located so close to my eyes he couldn't do the surgery he stated I could go to Jacksonville or Atlanta but whatever surgeon works in me could possibly leave my face disfigured under my eye toward my nose. He also suggested radiation. I chose radiation and had the appt pretty fast to get this done and be free from the cancer.

My nails looked ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, even after multiple calm & polite prompts but I did not have much more time to spend in the nail shop so I let it be and was over charged I'm sure totaling $80, but Jimmy deducted $5 dollars since I was "new" so I paid $75. I went back in today (12/30) for them to correct the horrible job that was done on my nails. Patiently waiting, "TK" finally called me to her and asked what the problem was.. as I'm calmly explaining to her/showing her the bubbles in my nails, smudges, nails not fully polished and polish on my skin, etc. Jimmy walks up and asked what the problem was.. I explained to him the same thing & both of them acted as if they didn't see what I was talking about. Jimmy asked Kimmie did she see the problem & she did. Jimmy responded very aggressively and rudely (prompting my friend that was with me to walk up from the waiting area) "Kimmie fix your nail, after today I don't want to deal with you ever again" I responded, "I can take a refund & you won't have to deal with me now" Jimmy responded "I soak your nail then give you refund or call police for refund" "you want refund, call cops" .. then of course he started talking in his language. Long story short Jimmy was very rude, disrespectful, & had horrible customer service but thank you so much to Kimmie for redoing my nails CORRECTLY for me & not rushing like "TK" (?). Jimmy, you need to thank God for the new & improved me. And you need to put some prices up in there and stop charging folks what you want to charge them. Let folks see what they're paying for.
