my sisters and I went their to have a pedicure. They never asked which package we wanted so we asked for the Deluxe 3 x yeah yup ok. we got the 10 min version without the foot or leg rub when asked why they said they were too busy and it would take too long. you have to call to make appointment. $35 dollars and 15 minutes later ( 5 min to let your toe nails dry) you are done. I actually had a really good experience and service here for a deluxe pedicure but the rating is because they did a bait and switch on the price. Its a $50 cash price or $55 for a card but then they added on $15 because I did a gel polish but they told me I needed to have a gel polish or they couldn't do all of the services in a timely manner? So when I check out the price was over $70. Not happy and won't come back because of it. read more

Lady doing my nails HURT me!!! I get my nails done ALL the time. Today I tried d this place, as I am new to town and have not found a nail salon I want to return too. I walks and asked for dip. After waiting over 30 min- which is okay- the nail lady start nails. She was extremely rough, didn't talk and hit my skin several times with the drill tool. Even making me bleed. I asked for my nails to be cut down, they have grown. She decided to file them instead, digging her dirty nail into the side of my finger EVERY-TIME!!! I would jerk my hand way she would just grab it back. I was in tears, and tried to be polite. I finally just said enough. Told her I would pay for what she did, but I couldn't continue- it was hurting too much. Lady never said a word just took my card and charged me. I will never be back here!!! They don't even do dip!!! They put acrylic on your nails then gel polish!! If I wanted gel- that's what I would ask for. Just save your money and time!!! DONT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!! read more

My 92 year old mom went to have a pedicure. she had called and was quoted $35 which is what she has paid before. They were rude and when she was paying for her services they said the fee was $50. When my mom told him she was quoted on the phone the woman she spoke with and was charged $50. How sad is this and in addition at 92 years old you have to ask yourself if they are taking advantage of senior citizen. read more

If I could give a 0 I would. Customer service was horrible. Not friendly at all. They talked to each other and not my daughter or I. It was very uncomfortable. My daughter's nails still had the previous color showing underneath the new color when finished. The person who did her nails never removed all the color before doing the fill. They also made her cuticles bleed on multiple fingers. My daughter was too quiet to say anything. They spent less then 30 minutes to complete her nails and they look horrible. The person who did mine was rough with twisting my fingers. First of all fingers are only so flexible and second my fingers are stiff from having a history of multiple fractures. Which I explained. It was very painful. Neither my daughter or I are happy with our nails. Our goal was just to get done and out of there as soon as possible. When we left and my daughter showed me her nails I called to share my disappointment. The response I got was "well what do you want". I will never return!! It was a waste of 108 dollars. Would give zero stars if i could. I have been going here for years and today was my last visit. It's been a long while since I've been treated so rudely. Walked in for a mani, it wasn't busy at all - there was one lady getting a pedi. That's it. From the moment I walked in in I felt like I was imposing. No greeting, no towel on the counter during mani, no interaction, no thank you. She literally left me sitting in the chair while she went to the register and then said from there "you're finished". Ok?? Then without a word, just holds out her hand for my debit card. I'm usually a very generous tipper, but am mad at myself for tipping anything at all. Walked in to take my 9 year old daughter in for a simple manicure and there were 2 employees. 1 of them already has a customer so I told the other employee I would like a manicure for my daughter. In between bites of her sandwich, she told me she wouldn't take little kids anymore because she was short staffed. Short staffed. You have two employees and one customer when I walk in and you say you won't take a 9 year old because you're short staffed. Wow. Don't come here. I have been a customer for 9 plus years and twice in the last 3 months have had appointments not honored. Last time I waited 45 minutes beyond my appointment time as they had taken walk-ins. Today I arrived 10 minutes early and there was one other person with the same start. We both waited as we were early. Then another woman came in with same time and was sat right down. How do 2 people do 3 people at the same time? Then after 1/2 hour the other woman was seated and nothing was said to me. So I left and will never go back. This full service nail salon was just freshly remodeled and has brand new cushy pedicure chairs along with all new decor. Their nail technicians are professional, respectful, and kind. Not to mention my nails looked awesome when my pedicure was done. I chose the Spa Pedicure with a scented sugar scrub, a foot/lower leg massage, and hot towel wrap. I was so impressed that this truly relaxing experience was so reasonably priced at just $30. I'll definitely be back again when traveling through WI. read more

This is the worst place I have been to. I took my mom here for her birthday and made an appointment. She had never gotten her nails done and I thought it would be a good place to go after reading reviews. Even tho we made an appointment- We had to wait 45 mins to get a manicure. The technician was incredible rude to my mom and said that the nail color (light pink) would not be good and tried convincing her to do gel. My mom wasn't interested bc she liked to change her nail polish every week. The lady told her the regular nail manicure lasts ONE day. I am sorry but why would anyone tell their customer that? I would not recommend this place to anyone. I opted out from getting my nails done bc they were so rude to my mom. I have been to over 100 nail salons in my life and this is the WORST. The technician got up in the middle of my pedicure to leave to pick his children up from school and did not have anyone replace him so I was left sitting and had to go and ask someone where he went. Stopped by this place to get some gel polish removed. I had never been here before, but after another bad customer service experience at Q Nails, I was looking for a new place. No one came to the reception desk, rather one of the nearby nail techs yelled to me with the mask on while she continued to work on another client and have a personal phone conversation on her cell phone. After a somewhat confusing conversation, I sat down for what they said would be a five minute wait. I was seated within the five minutes and the nail tech proceeded with the gel removal process. After she foiled my nails, she proceeded to go work on a pedicure for another customer, literally leaving me sit for about a half hour. It wasn't until I removed the foils and started to a scrape the polish off myself did she even bother to come back over. After she mostly removed the polish (still plenty of polish left on the nails when I left the salon) she proceeded to cut my nails to various lengths and filed them so badly that I had sharp edges on most of my nails. The male nail tech next to her then said that I was done. I had no idea what was going on. The language barrier there is significant, but the general lack of overall customer service, not to mention the general lack of quality in the work that I had done, was what I remember most. I will not go back. I will continue to endeavor to find a nail a salon that provides BOTH quality work AND customer service. read more
