To be clear, this is not a review of the service. I HIGHLY recommend Tiana at the Union Ave…read morelocation. She is the best. This is a review of the business, both corporate and Memphis franchise ownership. I signed up for S Pass and didn't use it as much as I thought I would, ending up with over $300 in credit for services. I asked the manager if it would be possible to pause membership and still use my credit before resuming. She told me that she could remove my payment method from the account, the membership would still be active, I could use my credit, and add a payment method back later on. Perfect. Except that not only did this suspend my membership, and so did not work the way it was explained to me, in the intervening month the entire program was discontinued. Corporate headquarters informed me that (though when signing up for the Pass there was no indication that I was entering a contract with anyone other than the corporate entity), they took no responsibility for this or the fact that there was NO NOTIFICATION of the termination of the program sent to members. They flatly refused any assistance and told me it was the Memphis franchisee's responsibility to resolve the issue. I called the manager again. She returned my call saying that I could at least begin paying the monthly fee again and not be out the over $300 that I had lost. I went into the store to do so and had booked a service as well. When I arrived, I was informed that I could not, in fact, do this. I was provided a free service that day (the manager, to be fair, was as helpful as I think she was able to be at this point), but am still out a fair amount of money. I hate that I cannot continue to visit Tiana for service - again, she is fantastic - but I cannot give business to an establishment that wouldn't even offer to split the difference on a gift card to keep a loyal customer.

Insanely unprofessional, and DANGEROUS. Healthcare professionals not CARING about our HEALTH is the problem. The "do no harm" is nonsense these days. Being an incompetent doctor is disgraceful. Therapy session about handling stress and how to emotional react to situations and so on, but unfortunately those kinds of sessions were only 30 minutes each day only during the week Monday through Friday. CONS: A few of their staff are not working as efficiently or professionally, maybe they are under payed. I had to remind them to wipe off the table after eating, because I got tired of seeing the table a mess each time I went to eat with salt, sugar, and dressing mess all over on it. Their schedule needs fixed big time. The schedule varies on times for serving breakfast when every morning vitals are 6 am. Not everyone can wait 2 hours from time of wake up for breakfast. I did not like or appreciate wasting time with drug addicts from their other unit, I'd much rather hear more classes about how to improve mental or emotional problems, NOT addictions. Too many times for reading vitals. Not enough time set aside for a 2 hour nap during the day, because some patients are still drowsy from their medications. Not enough therapy sessions with a professional therapist. Under staffed and very poor schedule on the weekends with none existent counseling. Bedroom floors look stained from filth compared to the hallway floor or maybe the janitor needs to put more elbow grease into cleaning the bedroom floors or use something other than a soft mop. They didn't have enough shampoo and conditioner to go around for all their patients. They didn't have enough gowns for some of their patients that didn't think to pack extra clothes or pjs. I had diarrhea coming into the crisis stabilization unit CSU, I thought it was anxiety, then diarrhea kept happening every time I went to the toilet. They gave me very expensive medicine, which is normally super cheap over the counter. They didn't think to change my diet to something bland instead of feeding me the same things as everyone else which included milk and small desserts. I was too sick and depressed to remember to eat bland or request for them to feed me something bland. Plus, some of their staff is very impolite.
