My wedding took place in early July 2025, and I did not receive the final videos until December 2025. The initial photo delivery was slightly outside the timeline referenced in the contract, which alone would not have been an issue. However, significant problems arose with communication once I began requesting updates on the video deliverables. From late August through September, I experienced over a month of no response via phone or email despite repeated attempts by myself and family members. I was only able to make contact after submitting an inquiry as a new customer through their website. The resulting call lasted approximately 40 minutes and largely focused on the photographer's personal matters rather than resolving the outstanding deliverables. Communication resumed inconsistently from October through December, with frequent delays in responses. In mid-November, I received a batch of videos that did not include footage from my reception. When I followed up, it appeared that the reception footage was missing, and I was informed they would look into it. In early December, well beyond the timeline referenced in the contract, I received the remaining videos. The reception footage had noticeably poor resolution and audio quality. I was told this would be reviewed, but I did not receive further updates. I later requested a refund, which has not been provided. To be fair, the team was kind and attentive on the wedding day itself, and the photos were beautiful aside from minor editing issues. However, due to the prolonged delays and significant communication issues, I would not recommend this company to future couples.

We are so happy with the professionalism of the photographer and all the poses and locations she put us in. My wife and I are very spontaneous and you will catch us dancing anywhere including waiting in line at a department store. The photographer was absolutely brilliant in catching us at some of our best moments of not even paying attention to anything but each other while we thought we were waiting for her to get ready. Some of those pictures were among the best. The location is just wonderful. We had pictures taken both inside and out and were able to take advantage of some of the beauty that is the historic Collierville Town Square. Four days later the pictures were ready for us to review and pick from. We are very excited to pick them up today and to share with our friends and family.
