I hired this company based on the quoted price, only to be presented with additional charges after the work had already begun. As a host, reliable pricing and dependable cleaning are essential, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The cleaning team left multiple issues unaddressed, including: * Dirty sheets left on beds * Yellow stains remaining in toilets * Appliances left with visible streaks and smudges * Dishes left in the dishwasher * Towels left unfinished in the washer I was then told I needed to pay an additional $45 for approximately 30 more minutes of work, bringing the total to $225, or the cleaners would leave before completing the job. After paying the additional fee, I later discovered that towels had simply been taken from the floor, folded, and placed back into circulation rather than being properly washed. For a short-term rental, cleanliness is not a minor detail--it directly impacts guest satisfaction, reviews, and overall ratings. Every detail matters. What troubles me most is that the number and nature of these issues make it difficult to understand how they could have been overlooked by experienced cleaners. Whether this was due to inadequate training, poor supervision, low morale, or a lack of accountability, the result was the same: my property was left in a condition that could have negatively affected my guest reviews and hosting reputation. Management should take a close look at its quality-control process because these problems reflect poorly on the company and raise serious concerns about employee performance and oversight. Fast track a year of service and I begin noticing changes in the cleaning (cleaning aid was no longer changing the garbage bags, instead of two people , only one person was coming to clean my home (it's supposed to be a team of two) and schedules became more difficult to coordinate. Apparently the main cleaning aid that I had built a rapport with had left SAB but no one bothered to mention it to me until I called out the cleaning Aid and asked what was going on. My contract was with SAB yet I never received any notice from them. I contacted them and they said they would look into it but never replied. When I followed up they referred me to their Miami division manager. I spoke with her and we scheduled a meeting to meet, it was a no show, they never came by. I followed up again and I was advised by the office manager that she would speak to the owner. Guess what happened next: again no call back, no follow up. Nothing. The only reason why I am not giving a one star review is because of the 1.5 years of cleaning service provided. What a disappointment.

When I started back up again, I had different people (apparently the girl i used before - Michelle - was no longer with the company) and they do a terrible job. 1. They used to clean my house for at least 2.5, usually 3 hours. I have a 4 BR 3.5 bath so this seems reasonable to me. The new people were done in 1-1.5 hours. This is completely unreasonable for a house of my size. See #3. 2. They used to charge me $85 every other week. When they started again after renovation, they charged me $130 for a "deep" clean and then $95 bi-weekly. They said they could not match the $85 that they used to offer me. Not to mention the "deep" clean was only 2 hours long and was the same exact cleaning as a normal cleaning. I inquired about this and they told me to make up for it they can offer another "deep" cleaning for the $95. So basically that did nothing since the "deep" cleaning was the same as the normal cleaning. 3. My house was NOT EVEN CLEAN. I literally took a white wash cloth to my shower when they said they were done and I filled the whole towel with soap scum and grime. It was like they didn't even touch it. I politely asked them to re clean it, which they did. While they were doing that I went downstairs to check their work and the stairs still had dirt and cat hair on them. The kitchen sink was not cleaned at all. The downstairs bathroom not even touched. The kitchen floor had crumbs and dirt still on it. They did not even mop the upstairs. Not to mention they left my door open downstairs for 20 minutes and I have noticed several bugs flying around. Needless to say I will be terminating the service and I would recommend avoiding SAB Cleaning.

Jenny brought up a discount if my house was clean enough and "up to her standards" since I had a cleaning service until the week prior. The amount for the service was a little unclear, but I felt I had a ball park figure and it would be ironed out wjen we met face to face. Jenny checked in with me the day prior as a reminder, to ensure everything was still ok to proceed. Three ladies arrived on time and began cleaning. Jenny arrived shortly after to look over my residence, we discussed doing our dishes this time and as part of our re-occuring service. Jenny told me that my house was very neat and tidy, then gave me a price that did not reflect any discount. The ladies did clean for 3 hours. I returned home and the ladies had already left. I found a sink full of dirty dishes (which was discussed to be done), none of our 5 ceiling fans were dusted, our garbage can was empty but no trash liner was replaced (which we had a large box of bags directly next to the trash can), two of the small bedroom trash can liners had large holes exposing the entire bottom of the trash can, a paper shredder bin next to our computer desk was not emptied and our couches were not wiped down. I contacted Jenny about these issues. She said she would discuss this with her workers. I waited the rest of the day and evening to hear a response, but did not receive one. Ater arriving home, my wife was very upset with paying the amount we did and receiving such poor attention to detail. We have had a cleaning service for over 2 years and have never experienced anything close to these issues, lack of communication if deficiencies were communicated and such a high price point for sub-standard work. I took several photos of the items listed above and sent them to Jenny with no response. If I were looking for a thorough cleaning service, with excellent customer service and at a reasonable price I would look elsewhere.
