They charged me $5.80 for a "non-cash charge. This is complete BS. Not only it's unethical to charge that but they didn't even mention it. They just slipped it into the bill. The worst!!! I've been taking my car there for over 15yrs. Today I went in and without any warning was charged $106 for a simple oil change! The man responsible put my car out and hid from me. The cashier didn't know what to say when I questioned her as to why the bill was so high. Her response was that it was a Mobil oil change. How? That was never discussed! They are a rip off on price. Paid $81 after tax. Thats just obsurd for standard oil change. I wont ever be going back here. Such a disgrace!! Turns out I look at my receipt and they took it upon themselves to put synthetic oil in my vehicle when I told both the tech and the girl at the front desk to just put standard oil in. She places the man on the phone who worked on my car who apparently is a manager and which btw was absolutely rude. He says thats what you took last time (which was false!!) First of all he asked me if it was my first time there. I told him Ive been here with an older vehicle. It was odd that she called out "kia sorrento". When I have a sportage. They took advantage of the fact that one im a women. And totally disregarded my request to NOT PUT SYNTHETIC OIL. This place is an absolute rip off and are crooks. Stay far far away from them. Used to be a good place when it was hi tek lube, looks like new owners new employees. Drastic price increase . My oil change today cost 160 bucks lmao. I understand I have a Hemi but omg. Had to replace my air filter they charged me 18 plus and additional 15 for labor !!! I could have done it myself. I've been going to this place since I got my first car in 2002 never have they charged me an additional fee to replace my filter!! This place is garbage cost me a 120$ just to change oil that's ridiculous and started changing things that I didn't ask to be done and charging me for it . Also guy added power steering fluid to my antifreeze tank causing me to change the whole radiator system . Stay Away from this place for your own good and FUCK THE NEW MANAGER does inform anyone about the service charge when it clearly say over an hour there's service charge a oil change is 15 mins. read more

This place is horrible! I went in for an oil change and the mechanic forgot to put the dipstick back into my car. Costing me time and money. When I called to see speak to a manager he claimed he didn't have me on file but remembers me and that I couldn't prove that his mechanic did this and then hung up the phone on me. Bat & Switch - Don't buy it! I go there once a year for an oil change and there's different people working there every time. This time I pull my car over the pit, get out and ask the price - $29.99 plus oil. OK. In charge guy asks what oil I want, I say just the regular 5/30 that's correct for the car. "Do I want special oil?" No. "It's only a few dollars more." No, just the 5/30 pump oil, the least expensive. Types on the keyboard and we're done, right? Guy under the car drains the oil and 30 seconds later "Oh, sorry, we're out of pump oil. You have to pay extra for the bottled oil." ??? You just noticed you're out of regular oil? After the hard sell AND you've already drained my engine? "You want me to pay the difference out of my pocket?" he says. I don't care who pays the extra, it's not going to be me. He gets all pissy and angrily says he doesn't need customers like me. Got the oil but needless to say little else besides dirty looks. Those 16 items on the Service checklist? Not even close - I got the bum's rush. They either knew they were out of the regular oil or just said they were out to sell me the more expensive stuff, then stuck to their story when I refused to pay extra. I'm not buying it and neither should you. After about ten years of going there for my annual oil change, I won't be back. read more

After years of going here I wont return, I brought a new car and was at my second oil change after owning it, they tell me oh you oil is black you need a engine flush. Smh I know its not or not needed because I check my oil regularly and also being a brand new car my engine oil is not black and does not need a flush. I had a great experience here!!! The mechanics showed me what I needed for my car....they even showed me my cabin filter and showed a new one....I didnt even know my car had one. Other places just take your money and keep moving. The cashier was awesome always smiling...the Manager was also asking how everything was and I even saw him helping the mechanics in the shop.......you dont see that EVER. 5 stars guys.....keep up the good work. read more
