As I pull in someone very lazily vacuumed the interior and banged my floor mats against a garbage can. I went in to pay and realized they charged me an additional 2 dollars for having an suv (I have a crossover vehicle not an suv). As I came out on the other side I noticed my front and back windshield wipers were going. The guy who's job it was to dry the vehicle didn't know how to turn them off. So I walked over to my car to help him. He asked to see my receipt. I noticed that he had gotten water all over my center console while looking for the wiper switch. I tired to explain that I needed him to dry the center console but he didn't speak English and instead kept asking for my receipt. I then noticed that they rolled down my back window somehow and my right passenger side door and seat were soaked! I went inside and demanded a refund. The clerk behind the register motioned for some random shady character to go out and handle it. I follow him outside and the clerk follows me. They both look at the inside of my car and say "oh this is nothing" while motioning for someone to come dry it off. Even after they "dried" my seat it was still very wet. I did not get a refund. I will not return. You shouldn't waste you money, this place is not worth the headache.

Smh, here we go again another try for a good touch-less car wash …read more... Apparently you have to pick & choose your poison when it comes to car washes !!!! This car wash should be a 5 star rated car wash but as some of the other yelper reviews I totally understand why it falls short ..... The car wash; it's an awesome set up; not a brush or sponge or any sought of material in sight so yes it's totally touch less; the only thing that touches your vehicle is the hand mitts that the two guys will use to wash your vehicle ... Here's the problem; the track moves the vehicle too fast for the two guys to keep up with ( they need to stop the track until they are done with the hand wash mitts ) .... I had to tell them to rinse / soap the roof down. Yes we have a large high vehicle Nissan Armada so its wide & tall !!! Apparently it's had to find help with long arms because they never get the entire motor hood & the actually leave angel wing marks of dirt on my hood .... I get it they can't reach the center of the hood ... but who's fault is that ??? Get two guys with longer arms !!!! Also; Question for everyone??? Do you think that the two guys that wash your vehicle with the hand mitts should be wearing belts with buckles and or jeans with metal studs on them ??? After all they have to lean over the your front fenders to try to get the motor hood so they need to be wearing nothing that can scratch your vehicle !!! Yes, they scratched my left front fender flare !!!two fine horizontal scratches definitely from the guy on the left side ... yes I'm pissed off but I will get them out ... nor did I bother to bring it to anyone's attention !!! There's no one that speaks English except for the cashier !!! We had to point out all the normal spots that they fail to wipe & dry clean !!! Like all four fender flares; running boards & the center of the motor hood !!! We got it all done and then I had to wipe it dry myself and they watched .... nice guys but they don't speak English!!!! All & all the vehicle came out very clean but we need to work on a few techniques.... I will be trying them again but this time I will be all over them like white on rice ...
