I have referred a few friends to Queens Garage and they have always done a great job and at reasonable prices.

Total rip off. I explained the problem occurring. They called me 2 hours later saying it had been fixed and what I owed them without approving it. They fixed the completely wrong part then I had to take it to another shop the next weekend to fix the actual problem. Continued to argue with me on the phone that he was correct he eventually hung up the phone when he ran out of excuses. Criminal garage. Needs to be reported the BBB. read more

My thermostat went out in my car and online it said the repair would cost way more than I thought I could afford. The guys at Queens got my car in the next day and worked hard on it all day to get to that little piece and replace it. They kept my car overnight because they had some things to check and test before they felt comfortable handing it back to me. The price was half of what it said online and they did great work. Over a month later and it's still running great and I appreciate the guys there having enough care for their community to not turn over a car that they wouldn't drive themselves. This place has made a career out of ripping people off. The place is notorious for ripping people off and has been for some 25 + years. I took my vehicle here once. The place called and told me they had fixed it and I confirmed the price before going to pick up my vehicle. Less than 15 minutes later I arrived to pay, only to find out the price had been more than doubled and now my car was being held hostage until I paid the full amount. Do not trust these criminals, as they will even steal money like this from the elderly. read more

Had a suspension kit I needed put on my car and they did it for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion and as far as I can tell it was done correctly and haven't had any issues. They even gave me some advice on other parts of my vehicle and told me not to hesitate to call them again if I had any problems. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need their services again. read more

Liars and incompetent thieves. Supposedly fixed my car in January - 5 weeks and charged $1,700. Car ran like crap since - they left lines disconnected and removed performance parts (kept them although promised to return with car) and replaced with junk. Left vacuum lines loose which caused constant misfires and "check engine light" always on. Owner did not want to fix. Literally said learn to live with it - which of course means if something else goes wrong I won't know - and my car was barely running. Got it back in shop last week hoping they will finally fix it - I provided a fuel pump in case that was the problem but said to check fuel pump first (I bought fuel pump bc he overcharges for junk). He replaces fuel pump - calling me a liar claiming I told him to put it on - when I gave him a list of instructions only to install if it tested bad. (This time he said he would need car 2 days - it took 6.) Charged another $500 and refused to let me take car wo paying for something he had been told ONLY to do if needed - he tells me he didn't test fuel pump but installed it anyway and that didn't fix the problem! He is a thief & liar and has the nerve to tell me to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed after blackmailing me! When I said I would take him to court he said it wouldn't be the first time. A simple plastic gear I asked them to put in dash - he didn't bc as he said, "Daddy won't let me because he said if we break your dash we will have to pay for it." In other words, they can't do a damn thing right. Didn't even have a code reader for my Ford - every time he would tell me he couldn't tell why the check engine light was coming on bc the only code reader was at "some guys house." (Had to go to another shop to get the codes read for the problems Queen's CAUSED. This last time (yesterday) he said they were just going to unhook my EGR valve. I said won't that make my check engine light come on again? The owner then replies to the effect of "so what?" CROOKS!!! read more
