This has been the worst clinic experience I've ever had. At first, everything seemed fine -- I saw…read morea doctor on August 16 and did bloodwork on August 18. They scheduled my sonogram for September 1 and a follow-up with the doctor on September 10. But on August 30 they called to say the clinic would be closed on September 1. They promised to reschedule but never called back. After many failed attempts to reach them, I finally managed to move the sonogram to September 23 and the doctor to September 24. Then, on September 22, they called again to say the clinic would not be open on the 23rd. Later that same day, they called me back with another excuse -- this time claiming that "the doctor was sick." In reality, this was the second time they had scheduled me for a day when the clinic wasn't even open. I rearranged multiple other appointments around their schedule, only to be met with lies, disorganization, and complete disregard for patients. It is nearly impossible to get through to them, and they show zero responsibility. I've now demanded they at least send me my blood test results so I can go to another doctor, since my insurance won't cover duplicate tests. If you value your time, health, and sanity -- stay far away from this clinic.

I drove 45 minutes to the office for my appointment, only to be told after arriving that the doctor is actually out of network and they do not take my insurance. This was extremely frustrating because I had already confirmed everything beforehand. The older lady at the front desk was rude and did not seem to have much knowledge about the insurance information or the situation.
