He then rudely said "well, then, it must not be that important to you." I was dumbfounded at both his rudeness and his refusal to honor an appointment made in person. I certainly would not go back. I could have gone home after that but next was an exfoliation scrub and wrapped in saran. Shortly was washed then moisturized. Skin was soft as a baby. Then my facial was up next. I don't know what tool she used for the extraction but I thought she created a new layer of skin. Lol. Next I got dressed then off to get a manicure and pedicure in a massage chair and a view of the outside pool. Chlorophyll water available. Every part of my visible anatomy was massaged...in between my fingers and toes and scalp too! Whew! I don't know what to tell you but this was like a 3.5 to 4 hour experience for a great price. I slept like a baby. I'm definitely going back before my time in Merida is up. I'm a happy, relaxed lady.
