I placed an order for balloons online and the options for delivery were earlier than I needed. The…read moreballoons ended up trying to be delivered way before the delivery time. I called the store and manager Daniel was amazing! He stopped the delivery and had the balloons returned and delivered at my requested time. Had he not done this I may have not had my balloons for my event. I am extremely grateful for him. Plus he called and updated me when the balloons were en route. Thank you so much!

I've spent at least 800$ this year alone so far & every time I go in here I am met with the most disappointing service ever from the girls at the counter...& today....instead of handing me my receipt the girl decided scrolling through instagram was more important. DISRESPECTFUL. They don't greet you or treat you like you matter at all! I will not be back! Timonium is a few extra minutes away & I would rather spend the extra few minutes on the road than be treated like my money doesn't matter!
