I found Silvia to be responsive, talented, and very accomodating - which is important when trying to make your vision for an event a reality. We had a Black and White Bowtie theme for the party and Silvia was not only a wizard with the balloons, but she helped me with the flower arrangements and set up (guest tables, candy bar, cake table, signage, balloons.) and tear down as well. Honestly, I don't know how I could have pulled off the event without her. There was nothing event related that she could not help with herself. Other Event Planners that I spoke to were merely prepared to coordinate (help me find a florist, a baloon person, decorator, etc) and were not really hands on or able to provide any real value themselves.
