There gambas Provençal were perfectly cooked and served with garlicky rice. Plenty of butter in this dish of 12 good-sized shrimp. Delicious. Also delicious is their Montblanc trout served with a divine white sauce and an absolutely yummy chestnut risotto. The restaurant was also accommodating and prepared chicken, French fries and rice for our toddler. The piece de resistance was the Toblerone fondue dessert. The pizzaria is located well inside the hotel premises, you have to leave your car at the parking lost and take a van (2-3 mins ride) to a beautiful glassed structure with blazing ovens and the set smell of oh so delicious ! pizzas. Excellent attention from the service staff and we tried the Veggie & Caramelizado flavour and oh boy, was I in for a treat - the thin crust and the flavours are absolutely amazing and I was wondering why I didn't have a bigger stomach to try the other flavours.
