I came to this location while in town visiting family. There are no Quest Diagnostics near where I live. I needed to get blood work done for my insurance company, which they have a partnership with. In the past, I have gone to their clinic located in Dunwoody, GA, and have always had a pleasant experience there. This location was not as pleasant. So I arrived at 10:33 am and my appt was for 10:10am, so I was late. It was not a big deal because they take walk ins. I simply needed to make an appointment to ensure the location had my paperwork when i arrived. I walked into a completely empty room, and no patients at all were waiting. There were 4 women behind the window having a conversation. They glanced at me when I walked in, said nothing, and then went back to the conversation. I proceeded to go to the kiosk located right in front of the window and signed in. The computer allowed me to choose a walk-in appointment since I was late. The next available appt was 11am, but the computer said they would call me when they were able to. I sat down, and 15 minutes later, one of the women called my name, and I walked over to the window, giving her my insurance card and ID. Once everything was scanned, she called me to the back. My interaction with the woman was good. She was amicable and got straight to business. She did the exam and blood work with care, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. The exam room and the entire clinic seemed dirty. I could smell the bathroom just sitting in the room across from it. A little paint and bleach go a long way. It must have been a slow day because I did not see any patients at the facility during my entire visit. Overall, it was an ok experience. I was able to get what I needed done. If I lived in the area and needed to go back to Quest Diagnostics, I would probably choose another location. read more

Their hours online at the quest portal are not correct- they close midday. Also, it took 45 minutes for me to get a standing order blood draw WITH a prescheduled appointment. I went during lunch thinking I would be in and out- hahaha- was almost late for a meeting at work. I signed in and 10 minutes later (they work soooo slowly) they realized I was there and asked if I checked in- yes, my name is on the sign in sheet. Other locations are much better, skip this one. Last time I went here, took 3 days to get results- the other quest had them back to my dr in less than 2. Decided to come back to a) give them a second chance and b) it's the closest to work and I went out of necessity. The one woman was nice bough but he literally turned the lights off on me before I was out the door (their lunch shift)- their fault I was still there! Update 4/12/17: had to go back bc I needed to get my standing order lab blood draw again. Despite arriving early for a scheduled appointment, I sat in the waiting room for over 35 minutes without even being checked in. HORRIBLE. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Walked in for bloodwork Easy sign in procedure. The technician was friendly. Thankful for only one stick. The facility wasn't clean it was obvious that it hadn't been swept for a few days at the least. Needs some paint touching up as well. While waiting for my technician, I peaked in the bathroom and noticed it wasn't cleaned for business either. read more

There is no way to contact the office staff with questions about what is needed for a test. Everything is automated and there is no way to reach a live person. Sadly, it would seem that Quest is not interested in customer service. I won't refer others to a place like this. read more

Why is there only one employee at this busy location. No there's not somebody out on leave - there is only one person employed here. Hence the long wait. The facility is clean and not overly depressing but I would rather have gone to a different lab and not had to wait. Would not come here again. read more

There was a lot of concern going to this facility after reading the reviews however I gave it a chance and the experience was great. Yolanda the intake/ office lead was superb, efficient, kind and patient. I mentioned to her I would hv to write an accurate review of my experience and she said plz do a lot has changed and we've made some improvements.... if I need to utilize these type of services again I will return. read more

I went there yesterday to get blood drawn - signed in and was called within 15 min. Ooops, I forgot my referral. Drove back home to get the referral...was informed that the office would close at 12:30. When I got back, which was less than 20 mins. later, was in and out in 15 min.
