I made an appointment for 12:10. Arrived at 12:05 and signed in on the kiosk as instructed. Well I wait, and wait, and wait. It's now 12:40 multiple people who arrived after me are seen. So I go up to the reception to see what's going on. Only to be told "we don't have a record of you". well I got a reminder email the day before, so you should have a record of the appointment. And I signed in when I arrived so you should have a record of that as well. And on top of this. This lab is located within another facility. Let me first start by saying that, apparently, if you do their mobile check in and select the option to be notified by text message while you wait in your car, it doesn't work. I had an appointment for 1 PM and was informed by the app that I can check in at 12:30. I arrived at 12:30, checked in, and was offered an option to wait in my car for convenience ... that I would be notified by a text message for me to walk in. 1:15 comes and I hadn't received a text message at all, so I walk inside and wait. 1:30 ... nothing, as I see people constantly being escorted in the back. In inquire and was told that the text messaging option doesn't work and that, when I checked in at 12:30, someone called my name in the lobby. She apologized and said she'd make sure I was called back next. Two more batches of people are called back. I inquire yet again, and I'm told, "I'm so sorry. You'll definitely be called back next round." It's now 2:00, and I have been here since 12:30 for an appointment scheduled at 1:00. I have never had this issue at any other Labcorp. I will not be returning to this location. In addition, the place is not clean at all! Dirt and dust everywhere. This chair looks like it used to be white. I arrived at 3:28, signed in at their Kiosk. Why do you sign in at a Kiosk when they are going to call you to the desk anyway, before they take your blood work. I walked down the hall from my Dr visit who prescribed the blood work Overheard front desk tell another customer that they see in house patients first. 45 min later I went to front front desk and they had no info on me from THEIR kiosk. Told me go sit back down and would be called. Finally an hour in they called me in. The first phlebotomy made a mess of my right arm. Then stuck me again in my left arm to no avail. (Only 2 techs) Finally a gracious young lady found what she needed and drew my blood. Finally leaving 1Hr 20 min later! read more

Came here the other day to get bloodwork done and was in and out in about 10 minutes! I made an appointment online in advance and arrived 15 minutes early for it and was out before my scheduled appointment time. Upon entering I scanned my QR code at the express kiosk and it was very easy to use. My veins are smaller and in the past at other places I've had to get multiple pokes, but here I only had to get poked by the needle once! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I struggled to find this Labcorp as it wasn't mentioned anywhere that it is actually located inside the Ascension Saint Agnes medical building. Once I went in I saw signs to my left for Labcorp and was able to find where I needed to be. read more

2 lab tests were denied by Medicare. I appealed the denial and received a carbon copy of Medicare request for lab order, drs. chart notes and reasons for labs requested which Medicare sent to labcorp. Was told by Medicare that this is their policy as it is the lab which would be paid and the labs are required to forward this to the doctors and then resubmit this info to Medicare. As I did not hear anything ,checked with Drs. office who said they had not heard from Labcorp. Called Labcorp who told me they did not send anything to the Dr. as they have no way to forward requests to Drs from Medicare'''! Are they even an accredited lab? read more

Dehumanizing & incompetent. And that's just the check-in process. Their check-in kiosk rejected my information 3X and finally accepted it on the 4th try. Then, there was confusion when the human clerk found it had actually recorded all 4 attempts, and she didn't know how to deal with it. Only then did I learn that they wanted a "yorn" sample.(Presumably that meant "urine.") I walked away before giving anyone a chance to mutilate my arm with a blood draw needle. Drove all the way to this location for a lab test. The sign says they close at 7 however, they stop taking their last patient for walk ins at 6:45. Got there at 6:40 only to observe no one at the front desk, no way of signing in etc. the lady eventually came out at 6:48 and stated that "we already shut down our systems for the evening and we take our last patient at 6:45. Even after telling her we've been there since 6:40 she refused to allow us to take the test. So much for this location. They should really update the hours to reflect their policies that they have. read more

Made appointment online for Saturday, May 25 (so, Saturday of Memorial Day weekend). The online system allowed this appointment to be made. Within the next 2 weeks before the appointment, I received 3 confirmations, including one the night before! We show up on time for the appointment, only to discover a locked building with a sign saying Labcorp is closed for the holiday weekend. Two other patients showed up at the same time expecting to have their labs done also - so it was not just us. DISGRACEFUL. It's not surprising that they would be closed on Memorial Day weekend, what is surprising is that our appointment was confirmed the night before at THAT very address/location.
