The EPA and FDA have also cited them for giving erroneous results (just google "FDA apple juice arsenic emsl"). Take all your testing needs to a better laboratory because they are results that you cannot trust.

For what I considered a very reasonable cost, they returned a thorough Test Report with the name of the fungal spores they found. I could then take remediation action. I started cleaning the affected areas with natural products, such as vinegar. Other companies wanted to send a technician in person, for an initial visit charge of $400-500 (that's only for the testing, NOT any remediation), until they found out I'm not the property owner. They know I'm not going to spend like a homeowner, since I'm only a renter. Getting the test results back provided peace of mind, knowing it was not a serious health risk. I spoke with two people on the phone, and had some email communication, before I went with this company and I am very pleased with my service! I recommend highly!
