Horrible experience. I was cut off by one of their drivers who suddenly merged in front of me and slowed down in the middle of an intersection, forcing me to slam on my brakes. After the shock, I asked if she was alright, but she mocked me through the window. When I told her that what she did was reckless and illegal, she continued to mock me and asked if I was a cop. Very rude, unprofessional behavior. If this is how their employees act while representing the company, it makes me wonder how they behave when they're not working. read more

Don't abide by their posted hours. I'm 40yo male, lean and vascular; still can't consistently phlebotomize on the first attempt. Abysmal.

So, I have gone to Quest at least 10 times for blood work. Although they do a fair job at taking blood, analyzing it and reporting back, that is not what this review is about. I am reviewing because their customer service does not exist! I have never been there to be greeted by smiling happy faces that are glad your there, just the opposite. Bored, angry, snippy and rude is what you get. Nobody wants to get blood taken. Make your customers happy they came to you. I hate going and don't really have an alternative. Errr! read more

These two reviews are interesting to me, because I have never had anything but a great experience at this Quest. The ladies working there have been professional and very competent, especially the moment of puncturing my arm with the blood draw device. I don't argue that what these men portray didn't happen; they just didn't happen to me, and I will continue to use this Quest for any blood extraction. read more
