I am a very hard stick (having had many surgeries before, this I know!), and Tracy was very kind, patient and understanding. She went the extra mile by putting the tourniquet over my sleeve as to not upset me, and she even went and got and got an extra small needle, so it wasn't so bad at all! I have had to go 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and luckily, I got Tracy every time! If you have to give blood and live in the Gilbertsville area, please ask for Tracy, you will get excellent care:)

Dr. Valenci installed a temporary crown that fit so well I wondered if I could get by with just that. The fit of the new crown was amazing. The Doc measured the crown area so well it required ZERO ADJUSTMENT. I don't even know it's there (and it matches my teeth better than the old one.) Well I have been here three times in my life. First time I was 7 and broke my arm. However during my examination as I can remember a nurse there picked me up wrong and applyed pressure on broken arm it hurt so bad! The second time was for a sprained ankle. Went in for xrays and came out fine. 3rd was in wound care for an abscess and I guess it was OK . And the latest was for a renal ultrasound... any who...that's my experience as for others that I won't hold against pmmc since I don't know much about their experience but I will say I heard maternity is good so if I still live in the area when I have kids this place could be the birth place
