Myra took my blood and she was exceptional -- I did not feel a thing. The phlebs I've had here previously were also excellent. The waiting room was crowded so I decided to sign in then get a text message when someone was free. I went outside to wait and almost immediately was paged then went back in and waited for another 15 minutes or so. It was disappointing. I normally have extremely positive experiences here and have visited several times without leaving a review. Because of those positive experience which I didn't write reviews about, I'm giving a four-star review today, however, if this was my first time here, then I'd probably give two stars. A couple of things since someone from Quest always seems to respond to these messages: it would be nice to tone down the door entry bell because it's very loud. The volume on the TV could also be reduced, please. Thanks.

I have severe osteoarthritis and take Diclofenac for pain. The Dr said to go off the Diclofenac 7 days prior to the surgery because of the risk of bleeding. I complied. After the 5th day I was suffering. After the 6th day I could not walk. I took an Oxycodone left over from a shoulder surgery. And was able to call his office. I explained the severity of the pain I was in and asked for a scrip for 2 or 3 days worth of Oxy. He refused!! He told me to resume taking the Diclofenac?? He was willing to risk severe bleeding on the operating table rather than give a perfectly safe scrip for Oxy!! Even if I had agreed it takes 4 or 5 days to get back in my system. We had to cancel a surgery that I badly needed l. What kind of Quack would be so heartless?? Update: I received an AI Generated response to this post. They kept me, the spouse, well informed all along the way. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Also, the hospital is easy to get to, with plenty of free parking. I've also gone there for an emergency I had, and received excellent care myself. Would highly recommend Carlisle Hospital to anyone needing to go to the hospital or emergency room.
