The nurse who administered my oral medication did so without gloves while wearing very long acrylic nails -- something I found both unsanitary and disgusting. The treatment itself was shockingly poor. For stomach issues, I was essentially given oral lidocaine, had blood drawn, and was told blood tests would be run -- all of which resulted in a staggering $4,715 bill. The level of care in no way justified that cost. The doctor on duty, Aman Pandey, MD, was one of the worst doctors I've ever encountered. He came across as uninterested, dismissive, and entitled, almost as if my presence there was an inconvenience rather than his responsibility. His behavior made me feel unwelcome and unsupported in a setting where patients should expect compassion and professionalism. This was easily one of the worst healthcare experiences I've ever had, both in terms of treatment and basic respect. I would never recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality medical care.

When I arrived on Thursday, it was standing room only. The staff was doing the best they could to get every one in as quickly as possible.
