A cancer survivor, I don't know that I have ever been so impressed with a medical facility. From the second I walked through the doors I was greeted by a lovely receptionist, who took care of a myriad of paperwork. I had an ultrasound on my first visit and Radiologist Dr. Martinez told me she didn't think I needed to proceed with a breast biopsy as nothing was seen on my ultrasound. She recommended a follow up with a mammography, which I had the following week. Holly did the mammogram and she was wonderful. My greatest appreciation to Radiologist Dr. Bernard who reviewed all my films and made a plan moving forward. As it turned out the imaging from the other facility, which recommended a biopsy was not a quality image. Special appreciation to Lisa...you are awesome! I will never go anywhere else for imaging. The entire practice works like a clock and I am so relieved and grateful.

Scheduling an appointment seems pointless because…read moreyou won't be taken back anywhere near your set time -- you'll be seen whenever they decide to call you. Definitely don't plan this during your lunch break unless you're prepared to be gone much longer than expected. If your doctor refers you there, I would strongly encourage you to ask for another option. There are other imaging centers that respect appointment times and their patients' schedules. This was an extremely frustrating experience and a clear disregard for people's time.

The front staff and techs all have taken care of me like no other. Kayla, Emily (both Emily's), and Lisa are all so friendly, warm, understanding and always puts the patients first. The facility is always super clean, modern, and upon walking in, I feel at ease. I always get super anxious doing my MRIs and everyone here makes you feel so comfortable and always attend to all of your needs. I feel super happy every time I leave the facility. My appointments are always on time. If you miss your appointment or late, they try their best to work with you and your schedule. Sometimes, there might be a wait (mostly my fault for being tardy lol) but it doesn't bother me at all. I understand as I've been to many appointments to treat my tumefactive multiple sclerosis, that sometimes especially in medical settings, the doctor, tech, nurse, etc. can run behind due to treating another patient, other issues, etc. And that's okay, it happens and you roll with it. At the end of the day, you want a facility that genuinely cares about you and here, they do. Speaking for myself but I've never had a problem with them answering the phones or receiving my reports. They've always came in pretty quick and all I need to do is send them an email to request them or pick up a CD. I plan to come here for as along as they have me! However the ladies in the front were nice but not informative with my insurance. I came here precisely because my HMO told me to since it was in network. My case worker told me it would be a certain price and when I got here I paid another. So my husband mentioned it to the lady in the front desk and she said she'll look into it. She did and before I left she told us we were right! Imagine if I didn't pay attention I would've gotten ripped off. She mentioned I'll get reimbursed.

Over the past decade or so, I have been here more times than I can count. Every experience has been…read morea positive one! I've had ultrasounds, MRIs, CTs, mammograms, and an upper GI. All of my appointments have been in the afternoon, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They stay on schedule and on time. The people downstairs who check you in have always been friendly and all smiles. They make me feel very comfortable. Every tech for every procedure has been professional while still being friendly at the same time. Again, I've always been made to feel very comfortable. The techs are very knowledgeable and explain everything they are doing. They are more than willing to answer any and all questions you may have. My most recent visit was just last week for an MRI. My doctor originally wrote my orders to go somewhere else, but I asked him to please rewrite the orders for Baptist Imaging and he gladly did so. I just can't see myself going anywhere other than here for any type of diagnostic imaging unless I have a doctor who absolutely insists I go somewhere else. In addition to the entire staff here being nothing less than wonderful, it's very clean with a welcoming environment and nice decor.

The only positive about this place was the front staff who was nice. I should have learned my…read morelesson from my last review, but I unfortunately I didn't take heed to my own advice. I have my mom with me who is complaining of pain on her left side. I brought her here because her insurance said this was an in network provider. We were told the wait would be about 45 minutes which turned out to be closer to two hours. The delay in care truly wasn't the issue . My main issue was when we went back, the provider did not even attempt to examine my mom and said to us she didn't know what the pain was. Maybe it's arthritis. She said maybe she can just take some ibuprofen or Tylenol and ended the appointment abruptly saying we were done. This provider didn't even touch my mom and on top of that she recommended a drug that would interact with the blood thinner she is currently on. Honestly, I will not be coming back to this establishment, and hope Baptist pays attention to these reviews and address the continuity of care this place is giving.

Big mistake I should have just waited until I got there to start drinking water because it took over an hour for them to call me back and my stomach was hurting so bad from holding my pee. I wanted to leave and come back later in the day but the girl told me it shouldn't take much longer just wait a sec but when you have to go you to go. I was sitting in my seat just shaking trying my best to continue to hold it but at this point I've been holding it an hour + ... so I would just say if you're going for a drug test do no show up already ready to pee because it'll be a while.
