Today I walked into Monte Bello Medical hoping (praying) that this doctor could finally help me feel better after 10 years of being mistreated in the medical industry. To say the least I left feeling betrayed, hurt and worthless. Hopefully this review will help others find someone else, someone they can trust. I went to Monte Bello Medical in Las cruces this morning as a new PCP patient. I had previously been to their office for urgent care. I spent 30 minutes working with the nurse to establish all existing health related issues. April McGreorge NP entered the office and stated I need blood work done. I requested the orders be sent to Quest Diagnostics. She inquired as to why and I told her it was too difficult to retrieve my test results in the portal if I have the blood drawn elsewhere. She explained I would not receive my results until she gave them to me. I attempted to say no and explain why that would not work when she shoved my past test results at me and said 'then I will not be your doctor'. This is not only rude but extremely negligent. Her refusal to treat can and will cause my health to continue to deteriorate. Worst part still is my fear of doctors has only worsened and I may never seek help again.

I had an appointment at 11:10 am today & sat waiting for an hour & a half & had to cancel a doctors appointment that I had. Three people walked out during that time because they were frustrated & couldn't wait any longer. Although there were multiple staff members in the back they only take one patient back at a time so the waiting room was completely full. I have complained the last 4 or 5 times to the Supervisor when I have gone in but it is totally apparent she does not care & she does nothing to improve the process. In fact, she acts like she doesn't even know what she's doing. I managed 15 medical practices in two states so I am well aware of how to manage multiple practices & supervised over 150 employees so this Supervisor as Tri-Core is without a doubt totally incompetent. It is no wonder they have a one star review & are losing customers right & left but apparently Tri-Core does NOT care. I made an appointment and when I got there was told they don't start doing them until you are 40 and I am only 37. They made an exception for me which I thought was nice. The facility itself was super clean. The tech was very nice and explained everything super clear. I had it in my mind that it was going to hurt but it wasn't even that uncomfortable. I was able to call in and add her to my order (understandably there is another test fee but since I only had the toothbrush sample for the father, they were able to use his profile from my test, do a new swab on my sister and test paternity for her.) All in all things turned out well for me and my family and by using Paternity-USA.com, I know we got accurate test results and I have peace in my heart about who my father is now. It's frustrating with waiting but then again they are fighting with insurance and giant X-ray scanner type machines that may not always cooperate. They offer a free water fountain and have a waiting room to that's usually set to the cooking network. Check in staff seem smart but frustrated but who can blame them. You check in and deal with insurances and what not then you wait to be called back. After being called back you go into which ever area you need whether it's Mri, X-ray, ultrasound, etc and work with the staff in charge of that section. Once you get called back it's much easier and faster and you get out sooner.
