I had an appointment at 11:10 am today & sat waiting for an hour & a half & had to cancel a doctors appointment that I had. Three people walked out during that time because they were frustrated & couldn't wait any longer. Although there were multiple staff members in the back they only take one patient back at a time so the waiting room was completely full. I have complained the last 4 or 5 times to the Supervisor when I have gone in but it is totally apparent she does not care & she does nothing to improve the process. In fact, she acts like she doesn't even know what she's doing. I managed 15 medical practices in two states so I am well aware of how to manage multiple practices & supervised over 150 employees so this Supervisor as Tri-Core is without a doubt totally incompetent. It is no wonder they have a one star review & are losing customers right & left but apparently Tri-Core does NOT care. From now on I'll take my business to one of the other labs in Las Cruces as I am NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Many of them, I could tell from the initial call, really didn't care whether or not they got my business! Ed and his staff however, really treated me well from the beginning. When I got the testing kit the next day, I felt comfortable doing it myself. After I did my swab, I sent it back - and they provide FREE OVERNIGHT FedEx shipping back to their lab (which is another reason I decided to use this company). Even though I am in Atlanta and the lab is in New Mexico, I had my result in 4 business days after they got my kit back. After my test results came back, I had a sister that decided she wanted to do the test as well. I was able to call in and add her to my order (understandably there is another test fee but since I only had the toothbrush sample for the father, they were able to use his profile from my test, do a new swab on my sister and test paternity for her.) All in all things turned out well for me and my family and by using Paternity-USA.com, I know we got accurate test results and I have peace in my heart about who my father is now. I highly recommend this company!! This test meant so much to me! I know anyone in this situation feels the same, and you too may be searching for information. It can be overwhelming! I set up my appointment for one week later (plenty of time to get results) and had to reschedule because my doctor never got them...it's now been 10 days and counting.
