I've been there 3 times now and the negativity is palpable.

It has 15 days to be filed, and this is my wife's job on the line. She had to provide me ADL, IADL, and emotional support during the time of the doctor's note, therefore making the FMLA very simple to fill out so I'm not sure what the hesitancy and lack of communication is for.
