Terrible customer service! You can not get a hold of a human to save your life. Recommend using any other blood drawing service available. Sad that you can only get a recording when dialing a direct line. This is actually worse than getting sent out of the country to a call center who know where. Sad this is happening and nobody is doing anything about. All about the bottom line.. read more

The receptionists are not always the most friendly and if you need a same day appointment it is extremely difficult to get most times. Getting blood work done here is fantastic I HATE needles or any sharp objects coming at me. But with their blood drawer I never even feel the needle! It is the most pleasant experience ever. No rooting around for a vein, no double poking claiming rolling veins, no saying sorry your vein collapsed.

I was late getting David to his appointment-- well, I was on time if it had been in Fairlawn! We called to check in and found that we were nine miles away. There was no chiding and no scorn: "just keep driving," the voice on the other side said patiently. "Let us know when you get here." I speeddemoned it over and they took him right away. I sat comfortably in the waiting room and they updated me as appropriate. Five stars from me. Here's David's take from the patient side: "They were gracious about answering my questions. " "Friendly, courteous,helpful." Let me add that when I asked them to bring. David's coat to him, they smiled and made sure that he was kept warm on his way to the car.
