The receptionists are not always the most friendly and if you need a same day appointment it is extremely difficult to get most times. Getting blood work done here is fantastic I HATE needles or any sharp objects coming at me. But with their blood drawer I never even feel the needle! It is the most pleasant experience ever. No rooting around for a vein, no double poking claiming rolling veins, no saying sorry your vein collapsed.

Even after verifying it, I was told I would still have to be put in as self pay because they needed to physically scan the card. That policy honestly makes no sense to me. Not everyone carries their physical insurance card at all times, especially when going to urgent care unexpectedly. We love the data based approach to keeping track of our health based on our personal baselines and monitoring for changes over time. Her attentive personal touch endears her to us. We are 50ish, and we love that she's not way older or way younger than us. So she can identify with other aspects of our well being because she can relate to some degree. We've always had positive experiences with her care and ability to address our needs. Someone posted something negative about the office or appointment processes. While it is her office, we feel the need to separate the two. The quality of care is most important. It would be great if the online scheduling had more near term availability, but we know the best way to get in quickly is to call. Otherwise if you're on online creature, you can get something out into the future if it's not urgent and you are able to wait 6+ weeks. The staff is friendly and will do their best to meet your needs. And they seem like they're always trying to make improvements on that front. But the care has always been outstanding for us.

Literally the WORST doctor experience of my life. After waiting two months for an appointment and…read morearriving twenty minutes early, only to walk around for eighteen minutes to find the correct door, I was told I had to reschedule because I didn't have a physics copy of my driver's liscense. My appointment was at 1:30, and since my husband and I live close, he was able to drive it over my physical liscense, and I had the card in the nurses's hand by 1:38. I hadn't even finished the second page of my paper work it was so fast. They still wouldn't let me have my appointment, and I left in tears, unsure what to do as I had a uti, and needed this appointment. Honestly, when doctors often make patients wait 30-40 minutes, and this doctor can't even excuse 8 minutes, I'm glad this won't be my family care doctor. Please avoid this doctor at all costs.

The next day, out of curiosity, I checked Amazon. They had the exact same boot for, wait for it, $63! Beware of any equipment for which they want to charge you. Do your own research first.

I had to take my 101 year-old mother here today for knee pain. This facility is amazing for…read moreemergency care of orthopedics. We got in within a half an hour of checking in. They were able to take an x-ray. Give my mom a Cortizone shot in her knee. The man at the door I wish I would've got his name. He was outstanding. I pulled up. He greeted us at the car got a wheelchair for my mom checked her in while I went and parked the car and did the same when we exited the building what a fantastic gentleman. The woman that helped us I think her name was Trish Tricia, Dr. Tricia, who gave the Cortizone shot and spoke with us was outstanding well educated clear speaking just very kind human. My mom was pain-free within minutes after having the Cortizone shot and was able to walk into her apartment building by the time we got home.
