I had to rearrange peoples mental health appts and cause them distress bc this office cannot run efficiently or see their patients as scheduled. The doctors here are just wonderful. I see 2 here regularly for my 2 boys and they listen to me…read moreand my sons. They treat us like family. The waiting room is divided into a well-check room and a sick-room. There is a huge fish tank in the sick-room which really keeps the kids busy while waiting to be taken back to be seen. Everything is always so clean and neat here. We love it!

When I called the office back the front desk stated my chart said nothing of another appt needed. I requested a call back from the dermatologist who did the work. Days went by, with no return call. In the next 8 days, I left 4 entries on the website, & 4 voicemails to the office. requesting copies of my lab results. No one returned my calls & you can never actually speak to a live person. Is wasn't until I indicated I would be filing a formal complaint with the BBB & Inspector General, that I received a call. Alma, the office manager was apologetic & concerned that I did not get a call back. She called my family doctor & faxed a copy of my lab work. Due to lack of communication & poor customer service, I chose not to move forward with Apex. My 1st visit was awesome, & my last encounter, with Alma, for resolution, was terrific. Everything in between was bad. Having a live person to speak with, and someone who returns calls & someone who answers the website is MUCH needed here. You lost a customer just because you couldnt take 5 minutes to return my call.

The staff here…read moreare wonderful; they are all so prompt, polite, and helpful, and I didn't have to wait at all any of the times I had appointments which is such a plus at the doctor! I got laser surgery done on my nose with Dr. Polster and she is so warm and kind, and did such a good job explaining things to me and making sure I was comfortable. Plus she did a great job and the spot is all gone, and I am just overall so happy with my experience and results :) 10/10 would recommend!!!
