There was one person in front of me and there was 2 techs I literally didn't wait longer than a couple minutes, Denise did my bloodwork she was very gentle she also checked me in and was very kind. The place is clean and plenty of parking. I would go here if I were in the area again. Very nice workers here and I was in and out I love that. Oh and I dislike needles very much- I made Denise aware of that and she spoke to me the whole time without even scaring me or hurting me.

Good news and bad news. First the good news, the place is clean and I was taken right away…read more The bad news...upon entering the room, technician did not tell me to take a seat. I stood there while she studied the orders from my doctor. She then said she needed a FAX number to send the results, she handed me a yellow stickie pad and a pen, but I was unable to provide them at that moment. I told her I could call them and get the FAX number when I returned home, but that was unacceptable to her. She said she wouldn't draw the blood and I had to leave and make another appointment. On top of all that, she was rude on a number of occasions. I had placed my bag and file folder on a table, and she said to take it off the table because that's where she puts clean equipment. Also, when I was beginning to make my exit by gathering my things, she said to give her pen back. Then she said my yellow stickie pad, give it back. Like I was going to steal her things. Wow. All I can say is wow. I am elderly. She was young. Let's have a little more respect in the future. Don't apologize in a response. I won't be back.

A month later received a bill for the entire amount (they never billed my insurance). Called their billing line (45 minute wait) and gave them all the information again. They told me they will now bill the insurance company. It is now 3 months after my appointment and I received another bill for the full amount!! Called them today, waited 1hr on hold, finally got to someone. About halfway through my explanation I was disconnected (or hung up on). Will now change where I get my mammogram. Sad way to do business.
