    This company is the worst. I have been waiting for my results for a week and I have no way of getting in touch with a human being.

    I was taken within 2 minutes of signing in. Very nice phlebotomist. In and out in about 10 minutes and results within a couple of days.

    I came in for some requested bloodwork from my doctor, and the only appointments I found was in the…read moreafternoon. When I arrived, I only waited an extra couple minutes because it wasn't busy. Marie, who is amazing and has such a fun personality. Let me know that I needed to come in the morning to get bloodwork, but there was no availability so she just asked me to come in at 7:30 in the morning and she'll get me. I honestly don't ever go to the doctor so I was not prepared for how my body was gonna react. Marie was barely able to get one tube of blood before I started getting very fuzzy and lightheaded, was about to pass out. She was so nice and got somebody else to assist. Put some cool air in my face to calm me down and an ice pack on my back. They waited until I felt a lot better and brought me to a room where they laid me down and use a faster method of removing blood. Just by changing things to get this done was a complete 180. She was able to take nine tubes of blood for me very quickly and I didn't pass out. I was talking to Melissa who was there in support of my issue with getting this done and she was so sweet and kept me distracted. She even stayed longer afterwards to make sure I was OK and I was able to sit up right. At the beginning after almost passing out I honestly didn't think I was going go get through this but they done this before they know what they're doing and what a huge difference. Everybody takes such great care of you and they're extremely busy in that office so please be patient. The last thing you wanted to is rush them when it's just not working out for the patient and they need a bit more time. I got in after 7:30am and left at 9 AM. This honestly should've been 20 minutes max, but because of having such a hard time getting blood drawn that it held up other people. I do appreciate it and thank you taking care of me and getting the job done.

    Beware of these guys. They try to get patients to pay them directly for the services they render…read moreeven though they participate in the patient's medical insurance. We have even had the medical insurance carrier call them twice now to get them to submit a claim, but they have not done that and want us to pay them directly bypassing our insurance. Our primary insurance is Medicare and our secondary is Blue Cross Blue Shield that covers all of our medical charges not paid by Medicare. MD Now participates in both medical insurances. We are not sure what MD Now's motivation is for refusing to submit a claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield to get paid by them, but we will continue to fight this battle to the end.

    If I could give zero stars, I would…read more This urgent care is an absolute disgrace to healthcare. The only decent staff were the receptionist and one kind medical assistant. The providers were arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacking compassion. I came in hobbling on an injured ankle and was told I "didn't need" a boot. When I pushed for one, I was told it would be $200 (despite retail being $30-50). Worse, they refused to give me both a wrap and a boot, calling my request "absurd." No explanation, just pure attitude. They offered no safe plan for mobility, even after I explained I live on the second floor and crutches weren't an option. Their "solution" was to send me back out the door, in pain, with nothing. I only got wheeled to my car because a family member insisted, and they did it themselves after being 2 weeks post op. Unreal. These are sick and grossly incompetent people. That's negligence, plain and simple. Then came the billing scam. As a self-pay patient, I paid $250 upfront, only to be hit with another $150 because they decided to take more X-rays than covered--without ever informing me. I never even got to see my own X-rays. Nearly $400 later, all I had was a sprain and the worst medical experience of my life. I've worked in healthcare for over 15 years, and I've never seen providers behave so unprofessionally, immaturely, and unsafely. This place is predatory, negligent, and a danger to the public. If you value your health or your wallet, avoid St. Lucie West Urgent Care at all costs! I hope this company conducts an internal investigation. These people should lose their medical licenses and should also be required to wear body cams if they continue to practice on patients, so someone doesn't die in their "care". You should be ashamed of yourselves!
