Once on the third floor, I was seen by a nurse or lab tech. within 3 minutes. She took my blood sample through my left arm and that was it. I was out of there very quickly. I spent under 8 minutes in the building. My results were released within 2 hours in the "My Chart by Epic" app that Cleveland Clinic uses and everything came out normal. No complaints. I recommend the Lakewood Family Health Center of Cleveland Clinc for all your blood work or general doctor visits need. Dr. Cirino's has patient visits at 2 locations, on Green Road in South Euclid and on Solon Road in Solon. At both locations I have gotten through my appointments in a reasonable time. Thankfully I am relatively healthy and Dr. Cirino has helped maintain my health and encourages me to keep going in the process. During the annual check ups Dr. Cirino takes time to talk to me and to actually discuss what I am doing and what I need to know. His staff is very good at doing any extra diagnostic testing such as EKGs. My prior primary care doctor was a bit difficult for me; he had different patient tiers with extra charges to provide additional services. This became an issue when I needed my regular long term prescription renewed, I either had to pay an additional fee or come in for an additional visit. Dr. Cirino's office has handled prescription renewals with little fuss and no additional cost. I have been very happy with Dr. Cirino as my primary care doctor. I appreciate the way he handles his practice and how he relates to me as a patient.

I felt indifferent about the metal detector. On one side I thought it was a great idea to keep the bad people and weapons out. On the other side. I felt like I was in a safe environment. I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I have been coming here for years. Dr Iemma, and Dr Walker are great. They make you feel…read morecomfortable, listen and genuinely care about their patients. I have not had a bad experience here. The receptionists are not always the most friendly and if you need a same day appointment it is extremely difficult to get most times. Getting blood work done here is fantastic I HATE needles or any sharp objects coming at me. But with their blood drawer I never even feel the needle! It is the most pleasant experience ever. No rooting around for a vein, no double poking claiming rolling veins, no saying sorry your vein collapsed.
