The woman working was incredibly unprofessional and antagonistic. I literally re-downloaded Yelp to leave this review, so that should tell you something! Also, you can check out my previous reviews of other spots, I overwhelmingly leave positive reviews but this phlebotomist made the appointment incredibly unpleasant from start to finish. I came in and sat waiting (the automated check-in screen wasn't on when I arrived) for over 10 minutes in full view of this woman with no acknowledgment. I just shrugged it off, even though I was the only one in the waiting room. She finally comes up and turns on the automated check-in. I do that and ask why the next appointment isn't until 30 minutes from now, given that I've been the only one in the waiting room and we could have completed the blood draw in the time I spent waiting to be acknowledged. She says there's another appointment at 2pm - okay, fair enough. However, she then starts sassing me saying that I should have made an appointment - I brought up that the email I received said that no appointment was needed. She snaps: "well, who sent that email because that's not correct". I said: "How would I know that when I don't work here? I can pull up the email if you like" and she goes "I'm not trying to argue with you". Really? You could have fooled me. I have never had this type of verbal altercation at a lab (or anywhere else for that matter) in my life. The phlebotomist is not right in the head. She wouldn't accept my written lab order saying it was too old. It had last week's date on it! Then she said she was calling the doctor to make sure she wouldn't run tests that the doctor didn't want. She dialed and then put the phone down. Then she asked for my insurance card and then started telling me about my visits from 5 years ago. She's nuts! I realized that and left. I called Quest to complain, and they said they'd give her more training. Quest doesn't care about you. Go to another lab that doesn't tolerate inappropriate behavior from their employees. read more

Poor service!! Looks like Quest will hire anyone. I arrived at 10:05 (appt was at 11am) checked in no one else was in the suite. I asked "hi, I checked in" as the employee continued to watch videos on her phone. She replied "I can get you in soon my next appt is at 10:10. It is now 10:08. I sat back down and waited!! Patient finally arrived at 10:16am. I could have had blood drawn and complete. Employee dismissed the person that was on time and prepared. Quest please training your employees to treat people with respect and kindness. I would not recommend this location nor will I come back. read more

The only good thing this location has going for them is the convenience of setting up an appointment online. Outside of that, avoid it. The woman who drew my blood was incredibly cold and unfriendly. I don't know what her deal was but she just seemed to be in the worst mood when I was there. Beyond her attitude, she had to poke me multiple times to get a good vein. The first time struck a nerve and was quite painful. The second time was more successful but wasn't filling the vial. The third time worked, but by then I looked like an addict with various pokes in my arms. To make things worse, I was left with gnarly bruises at each spot and had to wear long sleeves for over a week since my arms were visibly wrecked. Not so surprisingly, I still don't have my results yet. It's been over a week and its status reads "in progress." At the end of the draw, she mumbled something about using the correct vial so maybe she grabbed the wrong one? I don't know. But I wouldn't be surprised if I have to get my blood redrawn because she made a mistake. If that's the case, I'm definitely going somewhere else. read more

I went for a blood draw at the superior location. I used the website to make an appointment as this location is by appointment only. I found the website very convenient. My appointment was at 7:30. I waited a few minutes and I got my draw. The lady who took care of me was super sweet and friendly. I got the results on the website. This part was a bit frustrating because it took a few days before I was able to verify my identity. My results were sitting there and I couldn't access them. But this happens only the first time. Once you are registered to the online website and you have verified your identity, you get future results right away. read more

I've been here twice. First time as a walk in. Second with an appointment. Both times were quick and timely. If a person follows instructions I think things go smooth. My guess is those who had a bad experience didn't have their script or were late. Etc. read more

This place is definitely discriminatory. My mom and brother went in for an appointment and the lady there was so rude and claimed my mom didn't know English and let a white man go ahead of her instead of taking my brother and mom in and they checked in. She then claimed my brothers appointment was cancelled because they came late when they got there early and checked in and were waiting for half an hour. What a nightmare of a place with racist employees. Rude and we still didn't get a blood draw. read more

This is literally the worst place I've ever been to. They claim to open at 7am. Came before work and they didn't show up until about 10 mins after 7. So much for coming right on the way to work. Once I got in she didn't say to check in thinking she would get me in right away. Meanwhile two others came in and checked in after me and got right in with no appointment. No faith in Quest. I had an appointment for blood draw at Quest Diagnostics in the Safeway on Coalton Road in Superior, Colorado this morning. The tech did a great job. When I insisted on a butterfly (can only get multiple tubes of blood for Diabetes tests from my hand, all other veins collapse), she told me they didn't have any and weren't going to carry them any longer. I told her that I can no longer go to Quest if there is no butterfly. I asked why and she said that some techs had trouble using them but she believed they should train people rather than discontinue. She rummaged around in the back and found one lone butterfly and was able to do the blood draw. She also told me a story of her boss being there the day before when she was trying to draw blood from a child with narrow veins and her boss made her NOT use a butterfly. She had to hold up the child's arm to get blood out! And this child had mental issues to start with! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have enjoyed using Quest as a lab for its convenience and knowledgeable staff, but I will never go again after hearing this. I cannot get a blood draw without a butterfly. How can you have a policy that TORTURES people? UNBELIEVABLE! I will tell everyone I know not to use Quest ever again. read more

I had my blood drawn this morning at Quest at the Safeway in Superior and the nurse was amazing! Shawnie was kind, considerate, informed, detail oriented and extremely caring. I hope Quest values their incredible employee! This is the second time I have gone here and the customer service and care was exceptional! read more

The tech was nice but she told me to expect results in 48-72 hours. They never came. The mobile app said to expect results in 5 days, but they never came. I contacted Quest SIX (6) times. The first 4 times never got a REPLY using the myquestsupport@questdiagnostics.com address they advised I use. After ~10 days I got a reply asking me to send my personally identifiable info over by plaintext unencrypted email despite that I had already provided THREE TIMES my data, once in person and twice by their app, which all was verified as correct on their website. I provided my private info by unencrypted email as requested. They replied to that email asking that I provide the same info again (name, DOB, etc.), even though it was printed in the email thread already from the prior (fourth) submission. It has been OVER 2 weeks and I have no results, can't get anyone to provide their name, it took 10 days to get a single reply from an anonymous person with no name, no phone number, no company name, no department name, nothing. Just a random hourly-paid person repeatedly asking me to send the same info again and again and again, using unencrypted email. I noted how Quests stock price (DGX) had halted since 2017 (no organic growth) so it appears they have a major issue with OPERATIONS. read more
