Don't get me started on what a F up these folks are! I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment after having fasted for my blood draw. I took a wrong turn. The scanning machine politely told me that "since you are more than one minute late you will need to reschedule." WITAF! If you are going to go all Nazi on your customers then why don't you mention this ZERO intolerance policy on the confirmation notice you send out! I printed it out...I'm looking at it. Nowhere does it tell you this! Luckily they had another opening at 9:50. I was back in the lobby waiting by 9:03 and tried to check in. Uh no...you can only check in 10 minutes before your appointment. So beware...there is precisely a 10 minute window where you check in with these Blood Test Nazis! read more

I was able to quickly check into this location with the provided QR code. I waited outside since there were a few people in the lobby. They sent me a text once they were ready for me. I went back inside and only waited a minute before they called my name. My partner who came with me, said they saw my name on the TV with the list/time as well. The technician was really nice. We tried finding a vein in my right arm since I had been poked twice already on the left. But we had to go with the left arm anyway. It was a quick stick and I had minimal bruising which I am thankful for since I have a genetic condition that causes easy bruising. She was nice to talk to and once she was finished she wrapped me up and sent me on my way. I would definitely come back here in the future if I needed blood work again. read more

Do NOT go to this place to get your blood drawn. First of all, the lady drawing my blood did not say all but 3 words to me (don't know her name because she did not introduce herself) and was very rude. Stuck the needle in SIDEWAYS (which hurt!)...and blew my vein, and I have extremely visible veins! Never has this happened to me in the 50+ times I have had my blood drawn. Quest was clean & efficient. They don't know about about offering good customer service. Why do all these people have to be so rude & abrupt? I mean they get paid to do their job, they don't seem overworked, what gives? The facility is not really what you would call sterile looking, but one can hope. The person performing my test, seemed very comfortable & well versed in her job. She was a bit chatty and somewhat friendly, a nice change from the front office. Highly disappointed. My husband is trying to get his sperm checked and this is his second back time here today. Staff has no idea what they are doing, they did not explain anything to him the woman just kept mumbling " oh lord what they got me doin, what they got me doin" highly embarrassing already for him not be there and she shamed him. Didn't explain anything just gave him a cup and said bring it back by 3:10 when it was 3:00pm. Is he supposed to just jack off in the car? We had to Google it ourselves once we left, ( as long as it's thirty minutes room temperate you are fine) . We won't be coming back tomorrow to give our deposit as this was frustrating and we don't feel confident in their company anymore. UPDATE: came back in the morning right when they opened at 8:00 with our sample. Made a appt that said just dropping off specimen. It's been 53 minutes and I'm still waiting in the waiting room. Everyone has gone already and new customers are coming in and going ahead of us now too. It's been now 1 hour and 30 minutes since our sample has been collected and I know the results will be negative because of the time. They have probably all died. read more

I'm not sure why all the negative reviews are here. I went, checked in from my car and was immediately asked to come in. I went straight back, gave my 6 test tubes of blood. The lady who helped me was extremely nice and knew exactly what she was doing - no discomfort at all. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. read more

I went to Quest with an appointment and prescription. Got there, checked in, and was called in about 20 minutes after I arrived. They do have a take home system for urianalysis which is nice. However the woman who drew my blood was not experienced and hurt me. She tied the tourniquet and didn't wait at all for the vein to show, and immediately jammed the needle in. She couldn't find it so she was just moving it around and caused a decent amount of pain before she even started hooking up the blood tubes. I understand that newer workers need time to learn and gain experience, but I will definitely be going to a different quest. I have to say they were clean and organized, and the staff was all nice. read more

They now want credit cards from you because thry think that insurance companys wont pay their bills so they ask patients to bring credit card / debit to cover you if insurance doesnt pay... if the insurance doesnt pay the they take $ 54.00 off your debit / credit card to cover what insurance doesnt pay the the rest of the bill is mailed to you to pay..... The location is already under construction, so the building is not exactly up to park. However, my phlebotomist Cynthia was using profanity the whole time she was putting the needle in my arm and having side conversations that caused her to move the needle all over while it was IN MY VEIN. Also, there are no walls so the only barriers they have are trash bags, which don't seem sanitary for medical use. They also called patient names by their first and last's names, which is a HIPAA violation. I would advise against using this location. read more

I came in for a walk in already expecting to wait along time since all appointments were full for the next month. The line to come in and register was really long but over all the staff was very friendly nice and informative. The professionalism of the staff was worth the long wait. As soon as I got in I was taken care of within 20 min. They had a honorable system of taking 2 walk ins and 1 elder as soon as seats were available.(Appointments priority of course) with 15 ppl in front of me I was out in about 1.5 hrs read more
