I went into quest diagnostics and before I got my blood drawn, I had to pay with my credit card. A couple weeks later there was an additional charge and they automatically took it from my credit card. I did not give any consent for quest diagnostics to automatically charge my credit card. They are a criminal organization I will not use them anymore. I had to change my credit card because of them. No one should be able to charge your credit card without your consent. Avoid this location at all costs. The staff has no desire to help and move the line. We arrived at 8:30 and waited over an hour to be called to the back. Once called to the back we sat in the room for an additional 10 minutes. If you are fasting and diabetic this is not the place to come even with an appointment. Aside from the long wait, the staff is not professional. If you need to use the bathroom or leave a urine sample, there is no soap or dispenser in either bathroom. read more

Awful experience and place I arrived on time for my 9:10 appointment for a pre-employment drug test. I waited 35 mins only to be sent back to the waiting room because they don't do drug tests until 10. I was told the company should have told me that (why would they know that?) and that they have no control over the website where I made my appointment. Instead of calling me at 10, they called me at 10:17. Not even a sorry for your inconvenience. They have this digital screen in the waiting room that plays their ad saying how quick and easy they are, esp. when you make an appointment. Nothing could be further from the truth. read more

Just completed some fasting blood work. I was a few mins late, but there within 5 mins of the appointment. I checked in immediately. The phlebotomist took a few mins to properly assess for a good vein before sticking me. I was a bit dehydrated, so my veins were not too easy to access. Nevertheless, she found a good vein on her first stick, and it was painless. Also, the phlebotomist was very kind and friendly. The entire process, including checking and waiting took less than 15 mins. I had an early morning appointment, and a queue was already forming. I think the folks working there are professional and efficient. But I imagine that it quickly becomes very busy here, given the location. I would definitely select this location again for an early am appointment. read more

Terrible experience. Arrive for my appointment with my emailed confirmation and the door has a list of COME IN IF- and I met the criteria for all 3 given the covid craziness. I was not told beforehand that a mask was required and the mask requirement was not listed under the COME IN IF section of the sign on the door. It was in a separate box below it. I live 30 minutes away so couldn't just run home to get Something to cover my face. She told me "just go to your car and get a scarf or bandana" which I don't just randomly have those on hand in my car. I asked if I could buy a mask from them and she said no. I asked her if I could put my shirt around my face and she also said no. They wouldn't see me for my appointment. At 9200 pinecroft location in woodlands Texas- they didn't do anything right with my order (although I didn't know this!) - drew blood when I dropped off my orders for 24hr urine collection instead of when I submitted the sample. When they drew blood she poked around inside one arm and hit the vial on the second! OUCH!!! Then- when my doctor attempted to read the report of the 24hr Urine sample - it was completely useless- you ran the tests completely wrong. You're incompetence has cost me at least $400 to date and will increase from here bc my doc requires it to be repeated. Fail. Do not use this lab! read more

I will never use Quest again. I always get billed 3 months later for something that wasn't covered. When I go to CPL , I never get a charge. Just tell your doctor you won't use them and you can use CPL or another lab. read more

These women that work here are WONDERFUL! I am a very hard stick- the worst and I went to another Quest, got so anxious and passed out. I was told by an employee at the Quest in Conroe to come to this location and ask for Maria. I went in almost 10 months ago and was treated with so much care and understanding I won't go anywhere else. Now at almost 7 months pregnant I'm coming in for all sorts of "fun" bloodwork and so I get to see these women as often as my OBG Dr. But they always help me make the best of it and the visit is as pleasant as possible. read more

For the past three years, I have taken quarterly tests at this location. The personnel are very friendly, prompt and I am out the door in less than ten minutes. It is a busy place and their sign-in process works great. Unfortunately, it appears that some folks do not have the same experience, but I am very happy to conduct my medical issues at this facility. read more

Leaving another 1 star review after my last one. They advised me to contact certain people to deal with my problems. Pro-tip, don't advise people to contact a customer support team is more infuriating than rubbing seawater in an open wound. Be prepared to be put on hold for a few hours, only to be told "sorry lol" and hung up on. Do not respond to this with some "we're sorry this was your experince..." how about you stop being a shitty company. Quest is a scam that will take your money, not keep your private info secure, and not even give you that info without jumping through hoops. An absolute scam that needs to be investigated, and it would not surprise me if in a few years, we see the owners/people involved in jail for medical malpractice, or financial shit. Hell, they already lost my ssn. Do not go here under any circumstances, unless the alternative is death. I went to this place to get blood drawn and they refused service to me. They have a policy that all patients must wear masks, which I understand. However, when I asked if I could borrow a mask, they refused to help. I was told this by an idiot who wasn't even wearing her mask properly (not covering her nose, only her mouth). When I balked at the price and asked her to call my DR she told me to leave the room because other patients are waiting - they don't have time to call. So I stepped i to the waiting room and called the Dr myself who confirmed they must have some codes wrong and asked to speak with the Quest technician. She rudely told me they can not speak to Dr's on patients phones and made me wait another 10 minutes to give me the number for the office so the doctor could call direct. I have never received such rude healthcare in my entire life. I scheduled a TB test online, even gave my insurance card. I arrived early to my appointment. They then informed me I needed to place my own order online for a TB test separate from the appointment. Their website mentioned nothing about this and they would not help to tell me what website to go to. They dismissed me saying they had people waiting. They had two people in the lobby and it wasn't even my appointment time. I cannot stress enough how rude and unhelpful they were. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES! Terrible experience. I have a big scar on my left arm where they drew my blood which means they didnt do it correctly. I have had blood drawn before at other places with no issues. I just hope that it doesnt turn into something more terrible like an infection or something. The staff who attended me was absolutely cold which is still okay if they would have done their job okay. Horrible!!! To run a lab and ensure short wait times why not hire more phlebotomists. What about a receptionist? You stand there waiting, and waiting,and waiting....no one until the phlebotomists comes to check in the next person. They are rude with no professionalism what so ever. On top of that I'm sitting in a full room with no chairs listening to a baby scream for over 20min. And still crying. I'm a director of nursing and rule of thumb if you can't get after the 2nd try then get help. I felt so bad for the poor baby and the kids in the waiting room. Was really concerned about using this lab based on the crummy reviews, but glad I did. Showed up at 0720 and door opened at 0730. Signed in on one of two very simple to use kiosks and was finished and out the door at 0800 with no appointment. The people working there were very courteous and professional and the place was spotless. If you Google Quest Diagnostics, you can get any information you need regarding your visit, but considering 99% of the patrons are there for blood work, how hard can it be unless you're just having a bad day or are from another planet. read more

After a month of waiting for my lab results and several attempts to contact Quest Diagnostics on Six Pines, in The Woodlands, TX, I discovered, through the help of my doctor's office, that Quest had "lost" my blood and 24 hr urine! Human error is understandable, however, nothing is acceptable about the lack of communication telling me and/or my doctor that my labs had been lost! To date, I have not heard from them. My employer sent me here for some pre employment labs. I tried to call for HOURS and no one picked up and no VM set up. When I showed up, no one was at the desk. When someone finally appeared I explained why I was there and that I tried to call to which she replied annoyed "when we get busy, we don't bother with the phones." I signed in and waited. In the 40 minutes I waited, countless people arrived and were not greeted by anyone at the desk and the phone rang about 50+ times and no one picked it up. You could hear the employees yelling back and forth and rudely talking to each other from the waiting room. I pray I never have to go back here. read more

this place is absolute and utter shit. I had stopped by to pick up stuff for a 24 hr urine sample test. the waiting room was FULL of people, with NO receptionist. they recommended to make an appointment as they serve those first before walk ins, when I had to bring in my urine and get a blood test. I get there, waiting room is close to empty, and sign in. I wait for a good 15 minutes when a lady comes and calls up names of people that are clearly not in the waiting room. this is an awful system of knowing which patient is up next - not crossing them off?? okay so whatever im supposed to be in and out. the woman calls everyone up (2 more patients came in while I was waiting) and she sends us all to different rooms. the trashes are all full in the hallways, the rooms are very messy. it almost makes me nervous - and I'm someone who has gotten IVs, blood drawn and surgery plenty of times. I know careless and unprofessional employees when I see them. she ignored my mother and i's attempts to converse and was very hostile and cold. getting my blood drawn was the worse part. she effing STABBED my arm so hard that I felt so faint because I could feel her moving and pulling the needle around. I've NEVER had this bad of an experience. it still is extremely sore and I can tell it's going to bruise. she tapped it down and didn't put any of the cobane wrap, so the gauze fell off the second I walked out. I would NOT recommend this place. the employees are all SOUR, ugly on the inside and out, rude and not warming people. I walked in 5 minutes early, signed in on the iPad, got called back at my appointment time (which was before about 7 people I assume didn't have appointments), had my blood drawn, and was out 15 minutes after I walked in. It was seamless, professional, clean and way more organized than LabCorp (subject of another review). If given a choice I'll definitely return next time. read more
