The nurse practitioner who helped me after a car Accident was very nice, thorough and to the point. But the technician who took my x-rays, was very Forward with his feelings towards me describing how beautiful he thinks I am and didn't seem bothered that I'm married and have a baby daughter. I felt creeped out and wanted to rush out so fast. I would come back for something like the flu or etc anything that wouldn't require x-rays. The tech knows his job and made that somewhat comfortable but I was bothered by how forward he was. Also the front desk rep was rude and very impatient. When I called to make the appointment whoever answered the phone was beyond rude and nasty. I said I need something around 4:45 and she said can you come at 5 I said I live 25 minutes away so I wouldn't be able to make that when I have a baby sitter coming for 4:45. She said "Ma'am anything 5:00 down you can come for! How do you not understand that?!" She was very puffy on the phone and irritated. This place is more of a waiting room than an urgent care. If you care about the quality of your health DO NOT go to this urgent care. The "doctors" at this location will not thoroughly inspect whatever is wrong, but give a brief look and tell you it could be a variety of things. read more

Some good first, I love the doctors here and their bedside manner is amazing with kids and adults. The reason we keep coming back. That and it's a 1 min drive from our home. The issues.. the front desk is very poorly run. I've been here more than a handful of times and it is always a long drawn out checkin process even if you do it online or via text ahead of time. The check in process is absurd even for existing patients. You must redo all consent forms and submit insurance info each time. They say they are transitioning to a new system and that is why but have you been transitioning for 6 months?! Lol I've never not had to wait a ridiculous amount of time wether I check in online as a walk in or schedule an appointment. When I arrived this time, I stood at the front waiting for the receptionist to appear for atleast 15 min. I did an online check in because appointments weren't available at 9am. I arrive at 10:45 because we were out and about already. She checked me in (again because I did it online) and then when I asked if we could leave because we checked in, she said no and that we would wait longer if we did... I thought online wait worked that way lol. They do not actually prioritize you in any specific order even if they say they do. Anyways the doctors are great but management is poor read more

Bad experience. Even though they have done so in the past, and recently, they said they could not write a prescription for a controlled substance. I think it's more a matter that the specific provider didn't have the credentials to write the prescription. The 'A Team' doesn't work the day after a holiday. They have a NEW policy.... after 2 (read TWO) days if you return with the same illness you have to pay again..... I went there due to severe foot pain. I was able to get x-ray on my foot and diagnosed why I continue to have severe pain in my foot. The entire staff was freaking awesome and extremely friendly. Couldn't be more pleased with our experience here. My toddler took a nasty fall and needed stitches. We came in on a weekday evening and were quickly checked in and taken into the examination room. The NP, Vivian, has great bedside manner for working with hysterical toddlers! She was patient and confident about what she was doing, and my daughter was well taken care of. Vivian even consoled my husband and I, because we were feeling like pretty awful parents with our little girl needing stitches! Dania and Tanika were very friendly and even without an appointment, got us seen immediately. The nurse practitioner, Julie Carr, and the nurse, Allan, were great. Shannon and Tanika both performed diagnostics on me (EKG and chest X-rays done in house) and were very nice and professional. Dr. Seay determined that my gallbladder was the culprit and ultimately is what lead me to the ER to have an emergency gallbladder removal surgery. Top notch team. I went in with an injury from a fall and was impressed with the check in service however the doctor on staff, Dr. Elizabeth Wilhite was short on bedside manner of care and communication with me. She made me feel rushed out of the room. She had ZERO compassion with her communication and did not take the time to show and care. Had to leave after paying our deductible because we saw patient after patient come in and be seen while we were already checked in and ready to go. My 3 year old and I were there for 45 minutes and no-one was taking us back. They explained to us that we didn't have an apt but we did. We checked in online and also called in. Apparently we were NOT given an "appt" which Trumps anything else. They did not offer us that option. Very confusing set up in there. We have been several other times and had no problem using the online app. We walked in being the second patient in there. We left unseen being the 8th patient in there. Sad...... read more

I went to the Next Level Urgent Care for a hand injury. I was greeted immediately upon entering. I completed a brief check in on an Ipad and was quickly taken back to an exam room to complete my paperwork electronically. The facility was very clean and up to date. I was evaluated, had an x-ray and was out of the door in just less than 1 hour. All staff were courteous, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. Dr Seay saw our two kids today as one was complaining of an ear pain. There was no wait at the clinic and they were quick to get us to a room. The doctor was wonderful with both kids and was patient. I usually will visit a CVS MinuteClinic when I cannot get to the doctor during normal doctor's hours, but saw that this place was recommended by Houston Methodist and CVS clinic has more limited hours and had closed for the night. Next Level was open till 9pm and I was feeling worse by the minute and dreaded the long night ahead so I decided to give Next Level a try. I am very pleased to say that I like Next Level even better than CVS and will go to Next Level whenever I have the need. Their pricing is straight forward so you know how much it is going to cost. The pricing is fair and you can call or get a place in line online. I registered online and Allen called me within 10-15 minutes to let me know that I could come in to be seen. At that point I was already driving there because I knew they closed in an hour and didn't want to waste any more time. Dania checked me in when I arrived and was super nice. She answered all of my questions about cost. I had heard horror stories about those stand alone emergency room locations that would charge ridiculous amounts of money for minor problems and you wouldn't find out about the charges until a huge bill arrived in the mail. I wanted to make sure that this wasn't that type of clinic. It isn't. Next Level Urgent Care is sort of like a CVS Minute Clinic but much better. Right after I registered and paid for the charges up front, I was escorted to a room where my vitals were taken. I believe the nurse was Tanika, also super nice. The provider, N. Christiana Okonkwo, eventually came in to talk to me and give me my test results, along with the much needed prescription for my infection. I was so relieved. Interesting... I paid my copay to see the doctor on a Sunday. I did it for convenience. No antibiotic was given but I still didn't feel well. I go back Wednesday, and would have been required to pay another co-pay. I said, 'no thank you; I'll just go see my primary care physician." By Wednesday, FOUR DAYS LATER, I had severe bronchitis, and double ear infections, which took almost 2 weeks to get rid of. Not happy with Next Level. read more

I was extremely pleased with this location. My niece was in town visiting. We had been up for most of the night and I needed to get her medical attention right away. Just so happened I found Next Level on Yelp and noticed that they were just about to open. Luckily We got there right after they opened so I didn't bother to check in online. I've had problems with my nieces insurance but it was not a problem here. They scanned a copy if her insurance information as well as my license. I didn't even get a chance to sit before we were escorted to an examination room. I filled the necessary paperwork out there. She was examined and we were out within 35-40 minutes. I went in last night with a reoccurring allergy whereby my lips and cheek swell. Have had this issue for years and believed it to be related to a food allergy. It has occurred three times in the last two months and I have seen a number of doctors. Chris Jones, NP immediately diagnosed it as a reaction to my blood pressure medicine. Googled my medication and it and showed the side effects which cause the swelling. So happy with this answer....change blood pressure medication. I contacted NextLevel Urgent Care on the evening of 4/26 about scheduling appointments for my husband and I to be tested for Covid 18 . I spoke with Shannon at the Conroe site and she helped us register. Shannon was professional, efficient and very pleasant and kind. I felt like we were talking with a friend who cared about our health. The process to register was simple and quick. We were very surprised to get an appointment for 9:30 on 4/27 at the Woodlands site. When we arrived at the Woodlands site, we remained safely in our car while Kelsey and Similar helped us. Both ladies were professional, welcoming and kind. We both were tested for Covid 19 ( Similar made the nasal swab as easy as possible), temperature and heart rate. I went to Next Level with concerns about my daughter rupturing her ear drum (kids...). As soon as I arrived I was greeted, checked in, and was taken to an examination room within 5 minutes. Tanika, Jen, and Shaun were so polite and helped my daughter feel at ease. Then we saw N.P. Julie Carr who was so good with my daughter. Luckily she didn't rupture her ear drum but they tested for strep while I was there and told them I had concerns for her.
