I called the phone number given for an automated appointment on 25 June. Got through easily picked my date and time, June 27. I arrived early as requested and logged in from my vehicle. I walked into the waiting room and a minute later a nurse called me in. Nurse Jessica greeted me all smiles and very attentive ease and friendly. She took my blood and escorted me out, what pleasant young lady. I was out the door 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Thx for the great service. read more

Absolutely the most unprofessional lab I have ever experienced. The female supervisor has screamed at patients and you are made to feel less than human. They should lose their license to operate. Their corporate office does nothing. It is time for complaints to go to the Florida Department of Health. A couple years ago information was breached and now they expect you to store your credit card or debit, not wise since I was one of the ones breached. If you refuse to allow them to store and you have no outstanding balances prepare to be yelled at by the supervisor and they will deny to take the lab and refuse to give you the order you bring in. This is with having insurance and in network. Hate to think of people who are chronically ill being treated with such callousness. read more

The person who checked me in slowly used 1 finger to type, then asked for a credit card even though my insurance pays 100% for doctor ordered lab tests. I left to confirm my insurance coverage but she kept my lab order. Tried to call local number but couldn't connect with a live person. Called national number and after waiting 40 minutes was given a regional number to call. Same experience. Ended up making another appointment just to get the form back. The only good thing is the appointments are on time. Went somewhere else for the test. read more

Sitting in the waiting room of this dump right now, filthiest Medical office of any sort that I have ever seen in my life, Tried to call and make an appointment but the phone system is inoperable and in useable, tried twice, worthless system, As you listen to the message on the machine while trying to make an appointment the recording states twice, very first thing and very last thing before it kicks you out that walk-Ins are ALLWAYS welcome. So I head down to the office and they have a security guard in the hall keeping everyone 6ft apart and whatnot After about 5 min a nurse comes out and asks who has an appointment. None of us did so she began reaming everyone saying you need and appt. you need an appointment, when she got to me I stated the phone center does not work, she kept telling me I need an appointment, I said here now can I make an appointment, after more huffing she said I can stay but next time I'll need an appointment, cool There won't be a next time, I'll be going elsewhere. This by far the worst lab I have ever seen, dirty office and rude staff. My doctor faxed the orders and there is no way to confirm that the facility has received them, the phone system states that if they don't have the orders they will contact your doctor, when I arrived they stated that they didn't have any orders and don't do "that calling thing anymore" I had the orders faxed again and stopped by today at 2:20 to check to see if they were received, the door sign states that they are open until 2:30 and no one answered the door I went to the Walmart location, spotless office and very helpful staff. read more

Went in for a glucose test a week ago. My doctor said they never received results so we contacted quest and they said they don't have record of me even coming in. Then they said they "cancelled" my labs? That or they couldn't keep track of what's even going on. Why would I get blood work done for it to be cancelled. Now I have to re-do a glucose test which isn't the healthiest thing. read more

Used this Quest throughout my whole first pregnancy for all appointments and was very happy with the staff and every blood draw!

Went to Venice Avenue location for a 6:30 am scheduled appointment. Confirmed with my Dr. that they emailed the requisition to quest 2 weeks prior. Supervisor named TIFFANY said they never received it. Didn't seem to care at all, was unsympathetic. Gave me NO option to bring the requisition in later today(10 minute appt)! Said I needed to reschedule thru their website. Since this problem was no fault of my own, I expected some leeway! I asked her if she knew how hard it was to get an appointment ? and her response was just flatly"yes!" No apologies. So unprofessional and uncaring for a medical service position. Did I say she was a supervisor??!! I will NEVER go back there, in fact, just set up an appointment with LabCorp. Too bad since I have been using quest in two states now for over 20 years. DONE! Nobody deserves to be treated like this. Ever! read more

Very cold, impersonal and disappointing. No receptionist to greet you. Technician didn't introduce herself. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Did I mention that there is no receptionist and you have to go to the computer to check yourself in? read more

Walked in. Told I needed a mask. Did registration on tablet. Walked to register at Walmart and bought mask. Went back into Quest, they had called my name. so waited Again for for name. Checked into room at 15:01. person working there"I'm sorry we stop doing screenings at 15:00." terrible service would not recommend any company use them. If you want to use Quest. Bring your order with you and make an appointment. They are just robots and have no feelings. Venice ave location is the worst. Walmart location is the best but you need to do your work. Quest will not. read more

Been to multiple quest locations over 5 years and this quest has been the best BY FAR. Both times I've visited i was lucky enough to be poked by "yulinda" and i didn't feel a thing both times! Highly recommend this location. read more

The website says nothing about being appointment only. I arrived 630 am. Was told appointment only. I said it doesn't say that on your website, The woman replied that the website said some locations are appointment only. Which is the case in next closest location. There were a few others there equally frustrated by lack of communication. Fact that they had security guard outside door is evidence of chronic miscommunication. This location had been getting better in last 2 years, shame to see them going backwards again. read more

I was not looking forward to going in today ,but was pleasantly surprised and so relieved. I can't remember her name or where she was from. It may have been Poland or Kyrgyzstan. She was kind and a real professional. I'm not an easy draw. I've been in this lab before and had bruises for weeks. Today was awesome. She knew exactly what to do. Not only my experience was good. So was everyone else in there. My husband waited for me and said everyone was coming out thumbs up. Nicely done Quest, you have really great staff. read more
