I questioned why only one vile of blood was being drawn as I was having several yearly tests done, and there's always been more than one vile of blood. I didn't realize until a few days later when I wasn't getting my results as speedily as I normally do that the tech only drew blood for a test that was added on only a few days before my regular bloodwork by the same doctor. I was supposed to also have several other tests completed that was ordered by the same doctor. This should not have happened and as soon as I questioned the tech on only one vile of blood, she should've realized the mistake. Now at my inconvenience, I have to make another appointment and have to fast again and won't have my blood work completed prior to my yearly physical. I'm very insensed by this because it's all very inconvenient and shouldn't have happened in the first place. Quite honestly because of this, somebody should have come to my house and draw my blood there or I should get an appointment at my convenience not quests. I requested this through Facebook messenger and was summarily dismissed. They acknowledged my several requests with a promise of a follow up and never followed up. Quest, you need to do better. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

I've been coming to them for my periodic emissions testing for many years, starting when they were at their previous location. I decided that when my Nissan pickup truck needed any sort of repairs I'd bring it to them. I called a few days ago to arrange having the brakes serviced on my truck. When I called, I was greeted by a friendly voice of a young woman whe gave me a day to bring it in. On that day, I went to the service window and that young lady greeted me and said she'd give me a call later that day when they could tell me what the cost would be and when it would be completed. Later that day she phoned and told me the amount of the bill and said the job would be completed by end of the day. The price wasn't cheap (I wasn't expecting it to be), but I'm more concerned with quality & value. I told her that I arranged to pick it up the following morning, if that was ok. A little later that day she phoned once again to let me know the work was completed, just for my information. I appreciate that they communicate so well with their customers, and I'm very satisfied with the work they did. I learned just now from the owner's response that I can have my oil & filter changed while I wait, with an appointment made in advance. So I'm upping my review to five stars! Thank you Nelson's Automotive for your reliability, fair prices and good value.

Adam Leaving my old review completely intact for honesty and truthfulness. Honest Review: A Disappointing Experience with Quality As a four-time repeat customer who had previously purchased three brand-new vehicles straight off the lot with zero issues, I expected a baseline level of integrity and customer care. Unfortunately, my recent experience purchasing a used 2010 Subaru Outback has completely reshaped my view of this dealership.I fully own my mistakes in this transaction: I bought the car "as-is" in January, from Faith who stopped responding to me as well as Mike Ward I skipped an independent third-party pre-purchase inspection in my rush to secure a vehicle, and overpaid for a car whose Kelley Blue Book private party value maxes out around $5,000 in mint condition. However, what happened afterward highlights deep concerns about the condition of vehicles being passed off to buyers. The Reality CheckAfter moving to Vermont and bringing the car in for its state inspection, the true condition of the vehicle came to light. Despite driving it less than 10,000 miles post-purchase, an official shop estimate revealed that it needed over $4,000 just to pass a basic safety inspection. When factoring in all the underlying mechanical failures--including a seized front brake caliper, failed wheel bearings, torn tie rod boots, a rusted-out exhaust system, a leaking head gasket, oil pan, and oil level sensor, a failing power steering pump, and a mushy clutch grinding into third gear--the total repair estimates topped $12,000 on a car I paid $10,000 cash for. The car is completely unregistrable and undrivable in its current state. Dealership Response When I reached out to management, team members were polite in conversation, but ultimately Mike Ward took, several days to respond after i called the directly then I texted him. you can read below he could not open the link. I then proceeded to download the video and send it to him. when i did not get a response and drove down in person from Vermont to get a response I was told their mechanics found nothing wrong with the car When I drove all the way back from Vermont and paid for a hotel room just to try and find a constructive solution--such as a fair trade-in buyback allowance, a repair partnership, or applying the value toward a reliable vehicle on their lot--I was met with silence and no trade-in estimate. Buyer BewareIf you are considering buying a used vehicle here, learn from my expensive lesson:Do not trust that a car on their lot is in road-ready condition, even if it is priced at a premium.Always take the vehicle to an independent, third-party mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection before handing over any money.Expect zero accountability or support from management once the "as-is" paperwork is signed, regardless of your customer loyalty history. It is deeply unfortunate that a long-standing customer relationship was handled this way. I am sharing this strictly to help other prospective buyers protect themselves and ask the right questions before buying. Below are pictures of estimates from a different Subaru dealership and a 3rd party that both say Quality was wrong and that my car failed a basic Vehicle Safety Inspection and is not legal to drive. Purchased in January 2026
