Great people there and the blood draws have always been painless. I love the phlebotomists.

I work during the week so I was looking for a Saturday appointment and the nearest one was in Yuba city which is about 35 mins away from my home .It was so worth it for me to be seen on a Saturday. I had my appointment at 7:10 I checked in on the phone when I got there . They also have the option to check in on their kiosk . When u check in u will see your name on a big screen to let u know your place in line. It seems like this is a set up for Covid still. There is no contact with anyone in the room. Someone comes out and calls your name and you go in to do your blood work. My experience was very easy and fast. The lady that helped me was so friendly . The waiting room and the inside rooms were all very clean and organized. I have to say I would definitely come back for a Saturday appointment here. read more

Had my blood drawn this morning at this location of Quest by phlebotomist, Trish. My experience went extremely well and would recommend this lab for bloodwork. Trish and I engaged in a fun conversation where I was laughing and actually having a good time despite I was there for a blood draw, lol. I barely felt the needle being inserted into my arm, and it was done very quickly. Following blood draw, no bruising. The key to less likely bruising is drinking a lot of water before having a blood draw keeping your veins full and hydrated. I recommend this lab! read more

My arm hurt all day and had a pretty nice size bruise..The girl sticking me was nice enough but the results sucked.

Got there an hour before they closed. Robotic automated system told me they take walk-ins. LADY came out and told us no take walk-ins after one hour. Don't waste your time with this place, there's a reason they have a low star review. Not very good customer service. read more

I went to the Quest Diagnostic on Plumas St in Yuba City today. Although the time on the door says 4:00 PM is their closing time, this is a lie. I work and after work I stopped by to have my blood work done for cholesterol. No need for fasting. Only one test. I was there before 4:00 PM. Someone came out, told another person to make an appointment. About 20 minutes after 4:00 PM a lady comes out with cards to say to make an appointment. I explained that I was there before 4:00 PM. I was told they stop taking patients after 3:40PM. So apparently, the staff want to lolly-gag back there as long as they can before letting people know that they actually close before 4:00 PM. Worthless. I've came to this one before on a Saturday morning. Sat for 1.5 hours, and then was told to make an appointment because they were closed. Today I went after work and it's a Monday. Worthless. They want people to make appointments. Good Greif. I will need to take off work just to go to an appointment to get blood drawn. Very disappointing. Then my doctor gets upset because I haven't got my blood work done. Worthless, worthless, worthless. If I could give a zero (0) star review, I would. read more
