I felt very comfortable with him and his team. They did an incredible job on the wiring/lighting for my office cabinets and shelving. So when his trainee put his foot through my ceiling while wiring in the attic, I originally gasped, but within minutes I knew I had chosen the right guy. I contacted hero based on their reviews & I was not disappointed. I was able to schedule an app within the week & Thomas the tech came by & was able to give me an honest opinion on my unit. It was low on coolant & I had a leak up in the attic that thankfully did not travel and damage the house. Since my unit was old they no longer make coolant for it & parts would have been just as much to replace as a brand new unit. So I opted for a new unit, didn't feel any pressure by them & the next day I was happy that they came and installed it in less than 3 hours.
