He was on time, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the job was done right. My A/C is now blowing cold again like it should, and the car is running perfectly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing a quality job. On top of that, the convenience of him coming to me saved a lot of time and hassle. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and honest mobile mechanic work.

However, I am very disappointed with the level of expertise and outcome of the visit. My 2014 Jeep compass has had the check engine light on for a week, steering locked up last week, and has had delayed clicking start. Justin arrived, I gave him the full history of my vehicle (no problems for 10 years) and the issues occurring the last month or so which prompted the call. He started running tests, even drove the car around to see if he could replicate what I had been experiencing. About 30 minutes into the visit he said he couldn't replicate any of the issues; that's okay, as I mentioned it only happened about 50% of the time. But he sat in my car another 20-30 minutes or so, told me he had to call his boss because he was completely stumped. Not really what you want to hear, but even I started making suggestions of what it could be so he could at least do something for me. At the end of the visit he basically just said "sorry I have no idea what's wrong, maybe replace your battery?"... the only thing he found was a sensor on my engine needed replacement, but it's totally unrelated to the other issues. I ended up having to pay $150 for literally no better idea what's wrong with my car and not feeling any safer to drive it. It was a huge waste of my time and now I'm out $150, and I still had to take it to another shop that already figured out the problem not even 24 hours later. Save yourself some money and go to a real auto shop. I understand that some technicians may be learning or lack the knowledge to dive deeper, but someone should be going with them to assist so your customers aren't left feeling robbed and confused.

Both Brandon and John went above and beyond to make sure my A/C was working great, cleaned/sanitized the system and new filters. From the moment I spoke with Brandon Gallegos...he was warm, helpful, understanding and got me an appt ASAP. Brandon also kept me updated with regular emails, and stayed in touch the whole time. And when I picked my car up, Brandon took the time to explain my 5yr/60k mile and free Jaguar maintenance and my Jag was hand washed and actually clean :) Land Rover North Scottsdale....PLEASE extend your servicing contract with Jaguar and do not stop 12/27. Honestly, we were just browsing, then Jacob Andrew shows up with his sweet voice, asking if we needed any help. He noticed we were looking at the Tesla Model S in red, and boy, and this car is a beauty. Jacob gently guided us to his desk and went to work. In three hours, we were sitting in with the beautiful Terres Martori signing documents. Terres made the transition experience with honestly and comfort. Terres should teach a few people how it's done. I'm telling you, Jaguar North Scottsdale is number one at getting the job done seamlessly and gracefully.     Update: Upon reading my review below, I was contacted by the team at AuntoNation Toyota, who…read morestepped up and repaired the car within three days. They seemed really sorry for whatever mix-up happened and wanted to make it right. They also made sure the car was full of fuel and provided a check for the inconvenience. I believe it would be worth giving them another shot in the future. Warning: Stay away. It's been nothing but a hassle. Before we left with the car, the salesman (Niko) knew the tire needed air and possibly needed replacing. Only had the car for 3 days, during which the rear light went out, and the A/C was blowing warm air. Apparently, the inspection and prep-for-sale procedure doesn't work well. Waiting for "The Warranty Company" to approve repairs. What a joke. Autonation Toyota should just fix the car instead of pushing it to a Warranty Company, where you get strung out for who knows how long. Most people buy a car to drive, not sit at the dealership you bought it from waiting for the warranty company to approve repairs.
