First I completed their contact form on their website. ...After two weeks, and no response I went to their website again and found an E mail address and basically re-initiated the same contact inquiry I had used before. ...After another two weeks and still no response I went to their Facebook page and used the Messenger function. When I asked if anyone was there, I got the following reply: "one.is" ...Then I got the following message: "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out." Not sure how much they "appreciate" anything, but after three unsuccessful attempts at establishing contact with this company I'm moving on to someone else that at least has the professional courtesy to follow up. Because this place doesn't.

The price for the return preparation is competitive and affordable. We do however suggest that if you are going to a very busy Wal-mart location that you set up an appointment and if you are going to walk-in be patient there are many appointments ahead of you for that reason. If you look into other Jackson Hewitt locations not in a super store you will find walking in is much less difficult. Love Jackson Hewitt a far cry from other preparation venues.
