I'm accustomed to Kinko's-style copy shops, where a customer can a-la-carte access computers, printers, copiers and more without needing the assistance of an employee. Quick as a Wink is a bit antiquated and awkward in that regard. I had to explain to a clerk what I wanted to do, which was a bit frustrating. Also, my laptop held the flyer I wanted to print and copy, but the shop wasn't set up for a direct USB transfer from my machine, nor did it have wi-fi access for me to send an e-mail from my machine to Quick as a Wink's e-mail box (qwink@imageries.net). So I had to drive downt the street to a coffee shop, e-mail using its wi-fi, then drive back over the Quick as a Wink to pick up my copies. That's not very quick. It certainly takes longer than a wink. Anyway, the clerk (Kathy) was very helpful once she understood what I wanted. I thought color copies were too expensive (about 75 cents apiece) and b/w copies were 32 cents each. I finally asked Kathy to slap a copy of my flyer on the regular ol' Xerox machine and let 'er rip. I got a 100 copies for $10. She said the quality would be awful, and it was. Things would have been so much easier if they let me do it myself. On a side note. I had Quick as a Wink laminate a newspaper article for me and they charged me 6.14 now for some of you you may ask what is the problem. Please allow me to tell you. When I called to complain about the issue when I thought I would be receiving a frame and not just lamination and them cutting my article out of the newspaper for 6.14 I didn't receive a call back at all, I had to call them back the following week. Then, the young lady on the phone made it seem as though the prices were as expected. I could have cut the newspaper out and laminated it myself for less than the 6.14 that I paid. I will never utilize their services again. It was an important article for me. As a military veteran, as a newly polished organization in the community, I will utilize outside sources in California before I use them again! read more

Paid $7.00 to send fax to doctor out of state, got confirmation it sent, called doctor office and they said it didn't come, called quick as awink and they said they could re fax it at no charge, didn't mind the 2nd trip there to get it done.... Got there and owner said it's not their problem bc they got a confirmation number..... Wanted $7 again to send it... Really???? Where is customer service, I'm sure if it were a major business feet would had been tripped over to satisfy the customer. I have been doing business with Quick as A Wink printing for years. They have always done an amazing job for me. When my brother came home from Iraq, and I needed a banner made quickly, they did it and added extra on for no extra costs. And then a day later Jason parents also wanted a banner for him. I called them up and they said no problem we'll have it ready tomorrow and didn't charge me the extra expedited fee. This is a good patriotic, military family run place. I have my business cards made there. They did the artwork and emailed me the proof and it was awesome. A friend of mine had put a saying on her facebook page that I loved and knew it would look great on a sign for my Victory center. All I had to do was send them the saying, they did it up fast and I had them within 2 days. I've had to order more and since people are loving the sign and taking it with them to hang up we've had to add Becca's name so everybody knows who the awesome person was who said it. I called Julie up and not a problem, they changed the art work, sent me the proof and I had signs in 2 days. These people are good hardworking people who will always go over and above to make their customer happy. It may not be Kinko's but I think that's good because you don't get the personal touch there that you do here. read more

The customer service at this store is flat out BAD!!!! Came in to return some scrubs and was treated with the up most disrespect. The lady was nothing but rude told me that I wasnt at Walmart and they do there returns different. She treated me like I was lower class, and made sure to yell at me as I was walking out the door and as another customer was walking in. The company I work for spends good money there but after this we will no longer take our business there. Places like this give Lima downtown bussiness a bad name.... read more

Seemed like an ok place at first but after buying an order, they jacked up the price on it to over double what they quoted me... I was in a spot so I needed to get the order and bought it anyways. They made up some "extra fees" crap they never told me about at first. I went back to try and do business once more, and they tried charging me triple that time! I cannot believe that they would do this to me.... For a local business they sure don't treat you very well. I definitely do not recommend this place. You're better off going to Homestretch Sportswear in Wapakoneta. WAYYYY better prices and way better customer service. read more
