He mentioned he could help me get set up in the realtor system (MRIS) based on the wishlist of things I was looking for in an apartment. This way I would see listings in real time--as soon as they were on the market and continually updated. He directed me to his website to learn more about how his services worked. After a lengthy email exchange (with the most prompt response times on his part ever!!), I had full confidence in Eddie and decided to hire him to help me search. Until then, I had no idea a realtor could help me find a rental. All in all, it was the easiest rental search I've ever done, and we have moved a LOT over the years for my husband's work. Eddie says he's been in the business for 30 years, and it shows. Plus, after a week Cardinal was supposed to take handle getting the water bill out of my name. Still not done. They blame Smeco but I had already asked them if Cardinal sent the appropriate documents. No, they did not follow through as promised. Ridiculous. People pay for this subpar service. Look elsewhere.
