I called on behalf of my client as I locked the door not knowing she didn't have her key. Called them to service and they BROKE HER LOCK. After up charging her for being at 2am WITH A COMPANY THAT STATES THEY ARE 24/7, they charged her additional money to fix a lock THEY BROKE! They have been ignoring since the lockout which was 3 weeks ago! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, SERVICE AND THEY ATTITUDE IS RIDICULOUS AND UGLY! Absolutely great service, only ever had one experience with them but it was surely one I won't forget. I was out of town and locked my keys in my car and didn't even have my wallet so I was panicking; luckily one of the guys, Ali, came through and got me in no problem. The rating here is pretty simple: I stupidly locked a door behind me and couldn't get into my house. When he came we couldn't find each other at first, mainly due to me not giving more specific instructions how to get inside the parking garage.
