I called on behalf of my client as I locked the door not knowing she didn't have her key. Called them to service and they BROKE HER LOCK. After up charging her for being at 2am WITH A COMPANY THAT STATES THEY ARE 24/7, they charged her additional money to fix a lock THEY BROKE! They have been ignoring since the lockout which was 3 weeks ago! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, SERVICE AND THEY ATTITUDE IS RIDICULOUS AND UGLY!
