I am sad to report this final update. A week or so after the work was done, I began to hear a…read moremetal rattle when the vehicle was first started in the morning. I would hear the rattling for a few minutes till the vehicle warmed up, then it went away. The 2nd time it happened, the transmission had difficulty leaving park and going into reverse. I called the Lincoln dealership in Savannah as the owner of this mobile service made it clear, he was not interested in continuing our relationship based on previous interaction. JC Lewis Lincoln said the transmission was 2 QUARTS LOW on transmission fluid and that the procedure for post startup and lubricating the planetary gears didn't seem to be followed, which I can confirm, the vehicle was NOT driven per the Lincoln dealership requirements. It is now obvious to me, that the Lincoln Procedure for transmission fluid flush was NOT followed and it is probable that the tech did not know what was required and by extension is NOT CERTIFIED to work on a Lincoln. I am fortunate to catch this HUGE and unacceptable mistake and have it rectified before severe consequences. CAUTION: BUYER BEWARE.

No one likes calling a locksmith. Always means something has gone wrong or you need changes that…read morewill likely be costly. We had to call one on a Sunday for a house lockout. Long story but let's just say there was immediate need to get in the house!!! (No, it's not what you think). Called Seth Green, the owner who said he could be there within 45 minutes. And he was! He started his magic right away and resolved the issue by drilling out a lock, replacing with a new cylinder keyed to existing key, and cleaned up the mess. It was a pleasure to talk with him as he worked. Such a nice, honest, and fair guy! For an emergency call on a Sunday I was expecting a very high price. I was shocked how reasonable he was. As he mentioned, it's his business, been doing it for a while, and likes to treat people fairly. I think he does just that. His card is in my stack of preferred vendors.
