Then no towels left. Either people are stealing them or the staff is not paying attention - bc all the stations are empty. Also love the occasional funny themed signs to make you smile. Their blower completely blew off my driver's side tail light cover. They even had the cover when I went back to file a claim. The acting manager at the time told me their blowers are too powerful and have been known to rip things off cars. I just got a phone call from the acting manager today who said he saw the tail light cover get blown off on the camera feed but they don't cover damage that occurs at the blowers because anything that happens there is considered to have occurred due to wear and tear on vehicles. How is the other side of the vehicle perfectly fine, but the driver's side is somehow plagued by wear and tear that would cause such damage? I can understand it this happens to someone with a rough looking car, but I take pride in making sure my vehicle is well taken care of. I'll be contacting HQ to try and get this sorted out because their response at the store level is absolutely ridiculous. If this is how you treat your customers, you are operating a fraudulent business. Think twice before you bring your car here. read more

I don't even know where to begin on how pissed off I am with this company. I just moved to CC and decided to try this place on Airline and after I got home, I noticed my front license plate was completely bent - I was too tired to go back so I went back the next morning. When walking to my car the next morning, I see scratches on the passenger front seat side door so I immediately drive back...I show the young lady the damages and she fills out an incident report and verbally tells me that her Manager was supposed to call me within 3-5 business days. Well the fifth day passed and no call. I head to this place on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th day only to learn that I keep "missing the manager" - whatever; I'm sure she's avoiding me. On the 11th day, I happen to catch the young hispanic lady and she asked me what the deal was - literally - no professionalism at all. I show her the ticket and she tells some other employee to tell me to drive around to the back where the vacuums were so I do and literally waited about 45 minutes only to learn that she left for the day the second I drove to the back. I WAS LIVID! I called the customer service phone number and requested that the Regional Manager call me and they promised she would and guess what, it's been 2 weeks and still no call. I am beyond mad and angry that my brand new car is damaged and they won't accept accountability at all. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! Unbelievable! read more

I decided to get a car wash today and went way out of my way to try this Quick Quack for the first time. Instantly regretted it. Customer service here is awful. I did not want to sign up for a membership and when told no he persisted. I understand the "never take no for an answer" attitude in sales but when you actually recommend for someone that they should leave because they don't want to sign up for it blows my mind, especially in retail. There are plenty of other car washes in the city to support and I will do just that. So much for trying Quick Quack. read more

The first time I went there with my brand new truck, their system ripped my runningboards off and then refused to pay for it so beware of these places they don't really care. They're a big corporation with no respect for the paying customer. Their system does not remove bugs from the vehicle. Their answer is well. You can run it through as many times as you want. It doesn't matter that does not remove bugs from your vehicle so if you're going there to get that done, It's a waste of time and money. I'm on a monthly program and basically the only thing it's good for is taking dust off my car. read more

I just tried to get my car washed, I wanted a single wash. It seems the boy that was working at the initial stop was instructed to sell the monthly's, I wanted a single wash. He would not take my credit card I was holding out the window until he finished his speech, I told him no just a single, then he wanted to know why. I told him I wasn't interested, just a single. His speech continued. I finally asked if he would take my card so I can get a single wash, he had more nonsense to speak still. The other lane had about 6 cars processed before I got fed up and left. This child needs to skip college and go directly to a used car lot, that's his calling. I left and have no intention of ever returning. I would advise his manager to teach manners and respect to customers and how to accept a no, he's likely to hear many in his life. read more

Always something broken... this time the internal blower was down, hydraulic rollers working very slow, makes more mud than clean, employees park in customers spaces to vacuum leaving customers either waiting or leaving. Young unprofessional manager was rude. Only thing nice was young staff trying to make a living. read more

2 weeks ago me and my roommate went in our car to wash our vehicles after paying monthly payments and not use it I decided to use my membership. We went touse the Vacuum and we move 3 times to different Vacuums because none of them had a good Section. And none of the employees gave use a heads up they were not working. What's the use of pay $30 a month when your equipment isn't working. Very disappointing might have to Cancel and go with ur Competition. Quick Quake needs to step it up. read more

So, the last time I was at Quick Quack was 10/8/22, I paid $22 for my car wash. I came home and saw there was spots on the hood that did not get clean and a few other places that didn't get clean. I went Thursday (3/2/23) and I dread going there because I HATE the high-pressure sales spiel for subscriptions they make their employees do. I can't stand it. But I went because I was in the area and my car was disgustingly dirty. I didn't even like touching it. So, I stopped. And here he comes, this poor dude who got this job, this thankless low-wage job, and I felt bad for him because I was going to tell him no when he made his pitch. Well, he made his pitch and I said no. That should have ended it right there. But no, he went on, I was in a hurry and just wanted to get the car washed and he could see I was in a hurry but kept on pressing the subscription issue. I'm like, look, all I want is the car wash, I do not want the subscription. I'm getting more agitated as this goes on, it was embarrassing how agitated I got. But he kept going on, telling me I was being rude and stuff, I was, but seriously, NO means NO. Take a hint, boy. So I said, goodbye, and drove away. I made my way down to Staples and Gollihar to a car wash there. I paid $23 for the wash, and you get a receipt you can use it within 48 hours to get another car wash! There was no high-pressure salesperson there to bedraggle you into a commitment for car washes. I seriously hope Quick Quack goes out of business or completely revamps the way they do business because, ick. And if that guy who can't take No for an answer is reading this, I'm sorry I got agitated but when a lady says no, she really means it. read more

As bad as you dread. The sign says they aren't responsible for damage to aftermarket parts or cars more than 5 years old. I took my brand new Tacoma with less than 15k miles and thought I'd be fine. The wash scraped the paint off a spot on my hood. I went right to the manager and she completed an "incident report" and told me they'd get back to me in 3-5 days. After 3 weeks, and having left tons of messages for them I finally heard back that my damage was "inconsistent with the wash pattern", claiming that they dont wash the top of the hood? Came here for the first time today. Just wanted a basic wash, none of the "paint sealant" and such. The car came out pretty clean, some spots needed some extra attention as I dried the vehicle. The only thing I would say negative is that the horizontal spinning brush in the wash bears down pretty damned hard as it moves from the windshield to the roof...and I was in a corolla. I could picture that being a problem for some less angled vehicles. The vacuum was nice to use and the sole employee there this morning was very pleasant. I felt the car could have gotten a little cleaner, but it definitely came out looking better than going in. read more

Visited this place after a day at the beach to just clean up my truck before heading home in the morning. Let me just say this is a horrible value especially with the most expensive wash $19.99. Went through the wash, got to the drying bay to just vacuum it and looked at my truck and there was dirt all over the place where the wash should have cleaned. I showed one of the attendants and all they said was sorry. And that with any car wash it's not going to get everything. I said I beg to differ. For $20 it should not leave sports along the doors or the hood or side panels of the bed. Long story short. Don't waste your money here because you won't be happy with the wash. The other thing to note is the young guy that was there was super pushy with the monthly wash. I told him I just wanted one wash and he was insistent on saying " so which monthly car wash do you want? I said no. I said only the one time wash. He kept insisting and that's after I said we are from out of town and just need a wash. If cards weren't behind me or next to me I would have drove off after that initial encounter. Mr. Owner you need to revisit courtesy with your team. Additionally if you have quotes or goals to me, we don't want to know about them by writing them on the wall outside. At that point in time I'm no longer a customer but a Number to you. As you can see by all my other reviews, I'm as positive and objective and try to be fair. I was a member here with the BEST car wash for almost 6 months. The car wash at the corner store does the same job as this place at 3x the cost. I'd steer clear of this place. Also, the location on airline and cimmaron damaged my dads truck. This was almost 3 months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. Crazy!! UPDATE: they are fixing it June 23rd. Ugh, went to this place again after saying I'd never go back.(my fault) When they first opened I was truly impressed and satisfied with their quality but it seems to have dropped off significantly. That being said, I've never had an interaction with the employees that "sign you in" that I felt went well. There seems to be a certain joy they get from continuing to offer an unlimited package even after I've told them "no, thank you" 3 separate times. Today I drove my truck through the wash and all the dust and dirt on the hood was still there but had little brush marks through it where the brush spins. I went immediately to tell the attendant and was told to drive around and get back in line, where I can now wait behind four other cars. This car wash is not touchless, so I would expect it to take surface dirt off, evidently I am mistaken. Second time through the car wash and no better result. This place seems to do a good business so I'm sure missing my business won't hurt 'em. I'll be at Carisma bright and early in the morning. read more

I've been here twice, the first time was when they first opened and I wasn't even satisfied then. The customer service is OK. I paid for a basic wash and asked the guy if my truck wasn't clean enough could I go thru again he said yeah, I ended up having to go a second time so it was nice that he allowed me, but it's expected. The vacuums were absolutely horrible. I mean terrible. I had to move TWICE to find a working station. My truck is STILL dirty with bugs on my windshield and bird crap on my window. This place is just horrible and the only reason I put two stars was strictly because the man who helped me was nice. I will definitely not be back for a third read more

My car was damaged and the manager didn't seem apologetic at all just took a incident report and told me I would be contacted in 3-7 business days. they contacted me a week later informing me since my car is a older model the piece on my car that was damaged was already loose because it fell off at the end of the car wash with the blowers. Which doesn't make sense because if it was loose wouldn't it have fallen off at the beginning of the car wash. I've been a member since their first location has opened and I had the best membership. they said all they can offer Me was a 6 months free of car washes for what happened. I declined the offer because I feel this issue would happen again and car wash would continue to damage my car. even the guy seemed to just want to get me off the phone and still not apologetic for the damages the car wash did to my car. i cancelled my membership since and highly recommended finding a better car wash. with my experience and other reviews I have read. I to have found paint chips, found my car wasn't as clean each wash, had spots the next day, still bugs and bird poop on vehicle and bent my license plate but never thought much about it. I wish I would have Because the car wash was clearly wearing down my car faster in the months I had my membership then before I got it.
