We used Icon Creative for about 8-10 months as a printing partner - running large 1000 unit shirt…read moreorders. Initially their printing and services were excellent - they offered advice, color matching and the end product was excellent. Over the 10 months their quality dropped dramatically - even with simple repeat orders. We had logos that were meant to be centered about 1-2 inches off center; print that was meant to be to the side of the shirt simply place in the center, skewed aspect ratios and incorrect colors - even though it was a simple reprint. The last order we placed had to be sorted through and we removed about 50% of the shirts as they were misprinted. Initially the company offered compensation for the previous order and store credit, but the last shipment we received radio silence and no offer of compensation or refund. In talking to them on the previously bad run, they mentioned changes in operations and issues they were trying to iron out... seems like it's just getting worse. Try them if you want to take the risk - their pricing is good and they have the potential - but it's a big risk.

When we refused to pay for the price gouging --- but properly agreed to pay for the actual cost of the antenna --- they trespassed and unlawfully took the antenna. Sending a boom truck and crew in the night to steal a $50 antenna is shocking. Steer clear of this sign company. (As further information: this disreputable company falsely represented that the antenna were proprietary (when, in fact, they are off the shelf at microcenter for about $43). Contract was for cost of the antenna. When the $1,000 charge was questioned, Manager J. Watson stated "[accounting] used a placeholder price and didn't update it like they should." Company later refused to update to reflect the cost. Contract was honored and we offered to pay for the cost. Instead, Signs Mfg/ Watson sent a bucket truck crew, in the night, trespassed, and then committed larceny, if not theft, to steal $43 antenna. Almost funny, really but rather pathetic. This was a very simple 5 ft piece of neon that was broken and this amount was after telling us we saved $400.00 by providing the measurements for the piece needed. SERIOUSLY???? They charged us $245.00 an hour for 2.5 hours to clip one 5 ft piece back into the sign and hook it up to the transformer. Absolutely no way that repair took 2.5 hours. The cost of the neon piece was $125.00 and $612.00 was labor!! That is ridiculous!
