I really liked that he only charges $25-30 for a check engine light check (not just pulling the codes which autozone can do free but actually finding the issue) where most other places seem to charge around $150 or more, and if you do end up getting it fixed there he just takes that off the cost of the repair. He calls to keep you updated and finished right on time or even earlier than his estimate. John even offered some helpful advice on selling my current car and on buying another!
