Very polite professional and clean. They got to me in a timely manner and their pricing was better than most.

The big boss came out and shut him down, fully protecting his employees. Just because your appointment is at 1 doesn't mean your car is worked on the minute you get there (just like a doc appt) you check in, car gets checked and goes through the regular inspection that every car goes through when being brought in. I love that this manager didn't back down and give into the his behavior. It wasn't even that long of a wait, take a walk or something dang. Privileged people need to be humbled lol I've never had a bad experience with literally any discount tire before and they've been my regular go-to:) dirty blonde boy at the desk with the glasses was a chiller too.

When I arrived, I was told the quote was incorrect and that it was actually going to be ~$180. I paid, left and received a call after a few hours informing me they would not be able to balance my tires since they could not remove my center caps and asked how to proceed. I told them to continue with mounting the tires and asked if I could come back another time for a balance if I removed the center caps at home and brought the truck back without them. I wanted to be very careful, as these center caps are part of a rare collector's set of wheels and tires. About an hour later, I picked up my truck and drove it home. Upon, arriving at home I noticed the drivers side center caps were missing. I then checked the passenger side caps and was able to screw them off very easily by hand. I called back to clarify my confusion, since I was told they were not able to remove the caps. I was informed they were actually able to remove the caps and get the tires balanced. I never received an update regarding this. I then asked if they had the missing caps to swing by and pick them up, but they informed me they likely didn't tighten them enough and that the caps had fallen off on the way home. They did try to rectify the issue and order me new center caps but were unable to find them. I spent ~2 hours combing the street and sidewalk on my route home to try to find them, but no luck. I also have been unable to find replacements, as these are extremely rare. I am overall unsatisfied with this outcome and frustrated, as these rare wheels are expensive and an important part of a build I've worked on for years. With no way to source a replacement, I am stuck with damages and expenses caused from my visit. Additionally, missing center caps on this set significantly reduces the market/resale value, as they are discontinued. I would recommend going elsewhere, especially if you have expensive or rare wheels/tires you care about. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
